    Stuart Moore was our sales person. He was extremely professional and caring. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the technology contained therein. He was considerate of our time and in allowing me to test drive the vehicle multiple times. It was a great experience and the best I've ever had at a dealership.

    Patrick McCann was an awesome salesman to speak with. He was so polite and knows what he's talking about when it comes to cars. I'm not personally ready to buy a vehicle, but when I am I will definitely be going through Patrick at Reliable Toyota. They are an honest company and know how to treat their customers.

    We walked onto the lot with an "anti-Prius" mindset and walked away a few hours later purchasing a brand new one! We were both educated and convinced by Stuart, our salesperson, who has thorough first-hand knowledge of the benefits and efficiency of Toyota Hyrbrid technology. Not only do we highly recommend Stuart and Reliable Toyota, but we will most certainly be return customers in the future!

    Bought an Avalon Touring car from Reliable this month. Third car in a row. Incredible to deal with and unmatched service after the sale. I can't say enough about how great they are. I highly recommend Warren Sanbwell as your sales rep if you are looking for a vehicle...knowledgeable, friendly, attentive to details and not overbearing!!! The whole team is great!!! Clay Hamlet

    I bought my first Prius at Reliable Toyota last year and absolutely loved it! I knew that when it came time for my to purchase another car, I would be returning, but I had no idea that it would be so soon. My beloved 2015 Prius was lost due to flooding, so I came in to talk with them about options, Warren Sandwell is great! He was very kind and wanted to make sure that I found a car that I loved as much as my 'old' Prius. He was knowledgable about all of my options and answered my zillion questions, but also kept the atmosphere light an no pressure. This really helped me feel confident that I was making a good decision based on what I needed and wanted. Ron Edwards in financing was a gem! I left feeling secure that I received the best possible deal, and was not going to be left stranded again if (god-forbid) a flood swept my new sweet little Prius C away. These guys have the right combination of relaxed atmosphere, exceptional service, and caring staff that makes it a place I feel comfortable sending family and friends. Everything was top notch. I wouldn't change a thing.

    We love our Toyota Highlander. It is actually the second one we have purchased in the last six months. We were involved in a side impact accident. God and the safety features of the Toyota Highlander saved our lives. It was a no brainier to replace our totaled Highlander with a another Highlander. Warren Sandwell made the process very easy. Warren, Chris in inventory, and Rick Balazs we so good to us. We would recommend them to anyone and we will be a repeat customer. Thank you for helping us find the perfect Highlander for us.

    I bought a 2016 Toyota Prius V from Reliable Toyota last week. I wasn't planning on buying when I went in, but the Sales Rep, Warren Sandwell, was absolutely great! He was more than glad to show me the car, even though he knew up front that we would not be purchasing. We live out of town and were planning to buy from the dealership at home. I was so impressed with the time and effort that he put into showing us the vehicle that I changed my mind and purchased the vehicle! I love my new Prius V and would definitely buy from Reliable again.

    I had a very positive experience with Reliable Toyuota when I purchased a 2012 Camry. Warren Sandwell, salesperson, was most helpful. He explained all features of the car, answered all my questions in detail, and facilitated the negotiation/transaction process which went very smoothly.

    Take your lunch, dinner and you might want to bring your attorney as their math is difficult to understand. Take your spare key so when they walk off with yours you can at least leave if you want to. Run would be the better term. I would not recommend there business to a friend or enemy. Take the paperwork with you and review every detail before you sign it. I am really sorry I didn't. Shame on me.

    So first of all I am a Toyota driver, I learned to drive in a Camry and purchased a Brand New Corolla in 2007. I had to purchase a new vehicle so I went to the local Toyota Used dealer to purchase car straight out (I also have good credit but didn't want to pay interest). So I walked into the parking lot, and no one came to greet me. After 25 minutes of walking the lot, I decided to walk up to the salesmen who was smoking. He said if I was being helped and then went into get someone else because he was waiting on a return customer who had already purchased from him. An older gentlemen came out and stopped midway down the stairs and turned around and started talking to original salesmen. The original sales ends up dealing with me. After that, I ended up driving 2 cars (2013 Corolla, 2014 Corolla) before the customer had returned to pick-up his ride. So I stood there for about 20 more minutes, and instead of coming back to me the salesmen decided to greet an older couple looking at cars. At this point I was pretty frustrated, so I finish driving the 3rd car (2014 Camry) and walked off the lot. I drove out to Joplin the next day, and they had at least three times the used car Toyota inventory of the Springfield dealership. However, I decided to drive another hour to Arkansas because they advertised online cheaper prices. I ended up purchasing a 2014 LE Corolla with under 5K miles for the same price they are asking for a 2013 corolla with over 10k miles. The drive was worth it...

    On February 18 my husband and I purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Reliable Toyota Used Car Center. The vehicle had a 3000 mile warranty. Three days after purchasing the car I was driving it and it died in traffic. I immediately called the salesman, Zach, to tell him what the car did. I told him if they dont fix it, I just want my check back and they can have the car back. He assured me that the warranty would fix the problem. Zach gave me the number to Pearl at the Audi dealership to make an appointment. I call Pearl M. I took the first appointment that she had available. The day before my appointment my daughter came down with the flu and I moved my appointment to the next available appointment after that. When I brought the car in they had it a couple of hours and then called me to say that their computer will not produce a code giving any indication what is wrong. They also could not get the car to reporduce it. They sent me on my way. The car continued to do the same thing. I spoke to Pearl again on april 18th. She told me that her mechanic was no longer with them, therefore they can not work on the car any longer. She said I would have to start the process over with the service center across the road. Then she told me she did talk to someone that was giving the guess that it was a wiring problem with the ECM. On Tuesday April 22nd. My husband went into the dealership to have them fix the car. When he got there he was sent to 4 different people at the dealership, but while he was there they would not look at the car. They told my husband that he would have to take it somewhere else to get the car fixed and refused to help. That same evening I went to Toyota and spoke this time to Matt, the sales manager on duty. Matt was very understanding. He called the mechanic to see what was going on with the car. I heard him tell the mechanic that if the car is having that problem then it is dangerous to drive and we need to fix it. Matt assured me that if we brought the car back to him on April 25th he would get the car repaired. I even agreed I would pay the deductible, but he said that I would not need to. My husband called the dealership the morning of the 25th to let Matt know what time he would be there with the car. When he called he found out Matt was no longer with the company and was told that since he is not here, they will not help with the car. I called the dealership to talk to the person filling in as the sales manager which was Tony S. He was in a meeting. I told his secretary what was going on and that it was very important that I speak to him. I left my name and number and said if I don't hear back I will try later. Within the hour Tony S. called back. He was very defensive. I told him I was just trying to get his help. I told him that we bought the car from them and we are just needing help in getting it fixed. He had pulled my file and he read to me what the complaint was with the car. I told him that what he read to me was not what I told Pearl the car was doing. He got very aggitated at that point and stated: that if I can't have a civil conversation then it can end now. I said to him that I am very calm. You are the one that is aggitated. I told him that I was just looking for Toyota to have the intergrity to help me with this car. He got even more aggitated and told me that his mechanics have no way of finding out what is wrong with the car. He continued on to tell me that if I wanted the car fixed then I need to go to the Jeep dealership or a mom and pop shop to have it fixed. Since we had a 3000 mile warranty I was just wanting them to at least honor finding out what is wrong with the car. Since they would not do anymore than hook it up to their computer, we still do not know what is wrong with the car. Not diagnosing the car is not honoring their warranty that came with the car. They can't even tell me that it is not covered under the warranty, because they refuse to diagnose the problem even though I have to pay for the diagnosis time.

    These people were TERRIBLE.Tried to sell me a Prius2 2012 with 17,000+ miles on it.One of their rental cars.Did not inform me of 0% Toyota Motor Credit that got from another dealer in KC.Also..they made so many inquires to my credit that they actually damaged my 670 credit rating.Bought a NEW Prius 3 for the cost of what they wanted for a used car.love my new Prius and Toyota Motor Credit.
