We stopped by the dealership and spoke to Dave Christianer who was very polite,… knowledgeable and helpful. We left the dealership 3 hours later with our new Canyon. Pricing was transparent with no surprises that we had experienced in the past with other dealerships. Great experience overall.5 Star Customer Service

I scheduled an appointment with Caleb. Once there, we discussed what I was interested… in, my vehicle expectations, and most importantly, what I wanted to pay. Within 30 minutes, he delivered! Down to the EXACT monthly payment I wanted! Ryan, the finance manager, pulled it all together & made it happen. I'm happy with my purchase. Very Dissatisfied
by temp_edmunds1499557446993 on 07/08/2017I took my truck in to have it repaired. After a week Lou Fusz Buick GMC replaced the distributor. When the distributor was replaced, the mechanic forgot to replace a gasket so the truck began to leak a lot of oil. I returned to Lou Fusz… Buick GMC to have them fix their mistake. I was told that it would almost be another week before someone could look at the vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager. I told him that my truck was just returned to me after a week and it was running worse now than it did before. I also explained that if I had to wait it another week for it to be fixed, I would have to take it somewhere else. He replied, as he raised his arms in the air, "Go ahead, take it somewhere else!" I thought this was very unprofessional, since his business was responsible for the oil leak. I took my truck to Gateway Buick GMC and they apologized for my experience with their competitor and repaired the truck the same day at no cost to me. I've had nothing but great experiences with their Service department!! I decided to trade my vehicle… in and the first and only place I thought of to buy from was Lou Fusz. They have made me a customer for life. Both Service and Sales are full of the nicest people you would ever want to do business with. My favorite Service Agent is Jason W. He always makes me feel like part of the family and I never feel like he's trying to sell me something I don't need. In fact it's quite the opposite. He'll tell me honestly if I can wait a little longer or if it really needs to be done ASAP. I love the feeling of knowing I'm a customer not just another dollar to be made. We then traded in our 2003 Yukon and purchased a 2015 Acadia Denali which we love and Gus Loftis our Sales Consultant was fantastic on handling… everything. This is the 3rd New Vehicle that we have purchased from this Lou Fusz GMC Dealership and we have had all of those vehicles serviced there. I always recommend them to all of our friends.Quite pleased.

Dave (finance) took care of the loan information but we were pre-approved and he contacted our credit union to all the approvals. still… tooks ups about 4 hours and we werent even negotiating since the car was purchased thru a Partner program.Great Buying Experience
