by kcsalty on 09/03/2014I went to purchase a truck to replace one which was totaled in a crash. I wanted as nearly as possible to get the same options as I had on the truck I was replacing. Michelle and her super, Bob W. found what they thought was the exact… vehicle I was looking for at another dealer and made arrangements to get it for me. When it arrived it was missing one of my favorite options. (Navigation). Because I was in a hurry the day I picked my new truck up, no one, includinme , noticed it did not have the navigation system. I fretted over this until the next day when I could get back in to discuss it with them. Michelle and Bob jumped through hoops to correct the problems, even to the point of agreeing to try to find another vehicle to replace this one. They solved the problem by calling the factory and aquiring a navigation equiped unit to install in this truck. It is factory supplied original equipment with same as standard warranty. They gave me my choice to do this or get another truck. I feel their purpose was to satisfy me any way they could. It's hard to find this kind of service in todays market. Being in business for 47 years myself it's encourging to see their are still some business's that strive for customer satisfaction. Thanks Michelle & Bob & Rob Sight Ford, Larry VaughtGreat Dealer!

I was treated well by everyone at Rob Sight, which I can't say the same when I have been to other dealers. Their website… made it very easy to search inventory, and the purchasing process was quick, clear, and honest. Keith sold me my car and Brian did the financing. The price I ended up paying was a lot lower than what I was quoted by other dealers in the area. On a side note, my good friend purchased a used car at this dealership a few years ago, and like me, she is incredibly happy with the service and loves her car!Very pleased with vehicle purchase process.

The price was 2k lower than KBB value. Jeff was very helpful. I took the car for a pre-purchase… inspection and told him that one of the tires needs to be changed and he immediately got an approval from his management no questions asked. Also Rob Sight's website has all the details I needed prior to visiting the shop. Would highly recommend Rob Sight as a dealer and Jeff as a great salesman. MohammedGood Experience

Keith K. greeted me and we instantly struck up a comfortable relationship. Brian P. got all the paper work put… together in no time and I was on my way home in a new 2014 Explorer. I have to say I have never enjoyed dealing on cars, especially when it comes to trading. I have been a Volvo owner for 20+ years but I have never experienced a level of comfort as I did at Rob Sight Ford. Bobby Sight came and introduced himself. I truly felt as if I was more than just a customer. I will drive back to Kansas City when my wife is ready to retire her Volvo. The 240 mile drive was definitely worth it. Of course I brought my dad to help in the process. We had been shopping around for a couple weeks and… the salesmen and dealers weren't very helpful. They were very pushy and kept pressuring me and it just made the whole buying process uncomfortable. I happen to come across Rob sight online and thought I would give it a shot. I was extremely pleased with the service. They sales lady was very polite and wasn't in a hurry nor pushy about getting us in the car to test drive or about getting all out info right then and there. She let us take out time and make a right decision. I knew from that we would buy from them. I wasn't rushed nor pressured into the deal. They were professional and Im beyond glad I went to this dealer. I would recommend anyone to go to them.Easier than I thought

A friend told me about their expierence at Rob Sight Ford and that they had been around forever but… just became a Ford dealer. I went to Rob Sight and things were totally different. Everything went smoothly like it should be. I was in and out with a new car in a couple of hours. If you don't want to get jacked around(who does?) go to Rob Sight!Great Over All Experience!!!

I got a great deal on my trade in and ended up paying less for my 2014 Ford Focus than I went in expecting to pay. Duane was a fantastic salesman to work… with, and Tony got me a good financing plan. The sales staff are not commissioned so they are not pushing you to buy addition products or services!
