He never made commitments that wasn't realistic regarding the monthly payments, however he did promise to find what we were looking… for. Overall, we were please with the service but the payments not so much, only because we had to work it into our budget. Steve was great, he found the car my husband was looking for and that's all that matter.Nissan Sentra SV

Your sales representative, Robert Bateman, was very forthright in this transaction. I like the ability to have made our pre-selection by facebook a time saving… experience which negated time reviewing with your representative. When I called Aveon and told her the kind of car and color I wanted. She called me… in a few days asking me to come look at the vehicle. The vehicle was more than expected!! Great job Aveon and also give a shout out to Bryan Williams as he finalized the paperwork!!!Dissatisfied customer
by NRE on 02/23/2015The service has been horrible. I purchased my car in Early January. I traded in a car and Enterprise has yet to pay off my existing car loan. The finance manager, Brian told me that it wasn't his fault that Bank of America gave them the… wrong address the 1st time they tried to correct it. And the 2nd time they tried to correct, it set on someone's desk and they "forgot to sign the check".
