Joe Grayson superseded my expectations!!!! My Atlas was totaled & not sure what I was going to do but Joe made the process more than easy!! Not only did he get me everything I wanted, he added features in this new vehicle I didn’t even know I wanted but Absofreaknlutely in love with!!!!!! Oh by the way, I got another Atlas!! Lol! They are pretty awesome vehicles & SAFE!!! Go check him out, he could never disappoint!!! Kevin wrapped up the deal as smooth as ever & super polite!!!!! Personable & pleasant!!!! Dream team for sure!!!!

I called the dealership to see if I could get some offers on a Jetta or a Passat that I was interested in leasing. Joe Garyson was the sales representative who picked up the phone and I have to say that he bent over backwards to help me get the best deal on a car. He was very professional and there was no pressure sales tactics during our interactions. The car that I desired was not in stock at the dealership so Joe and his manager searched hundreds of miles to find a vehicle and color of my choice (and brought it back to St. Louis!). Once the vehicle was located, everything else was a breeze. They worked efficiently and professionally. Everything went as it should have and I have no reservations in recommending Bommarito VW and Joe Garyson to anyone who may be in the market for a VW.

Last year I bought a 2015 GTI. I was having several issues with the car and was very unhappy with my 2015 GTI. Most likely because it was a first year model car. So I contacted Volkswagen corporate and ask what could be done about all the issues. The Hazel wood Bommarito sales team helped me negotiate with corporate and got me into a new 2016 GTI! They were great!

I needed a used vehicle as someone totaled mine. I was torn between the SUV they had and one at Suntrup. It took a long time to decide, since they were able to go lower than Suntrup, I went with Bommarito. I got my car Friday night but on Tuesday it wouldn't start for me to get to work. I was so upset. I called the dealership and they sent the used car service manager out to rescue me and look over the car. They even got me a rental so I could get to work for the rest of my shift. They took care of the problem, were very courteous, and even topped off the tank of gas. It's how a business handles a problem that really shows you what they are made of. I will be back when my husband needs a new vehicle!

Joe Grayson help my mom and I find a vehicle that met our wants, needs, and that fit our budget. He is very sincere and took the time to look for the specifics and features we wanted in a vehicle. This dealer is excellent. We came back to this dealership and bought a Passat because my wife had a great experience buying her Jetta 4 years ago. Bommarito has taken great care of us on that car over the years. We did our homework and considered other dealers for our new Passat, but at the end of the day, they could not match the numbers and service that Bommarito offered. Jay Burroughs is an excellent sales representative. He helped us get the car we wanted for the price we needed. This is not a high pressure sales environment, which we appreciated. Matt and Tony were also very helpful finalizing the deal and making the numbers work. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Hooked on VW diesels

We recently bought our third VW diesel from this dealership. Marc Gaby helped us with our initial selection and Jay Burroughs filled in for him on Marc's day off when we picked up the car. Mr. Burroughs was very patient and explained the new features of the car to us thoroughly. It was a very positive experience. While we were there, we worked with Matt McManus on a issue with our other car and he was more than gracious and helpful.

Great First Time Buying Experience

This was the first car I have ever purchased before and I was quite nervous as a car sale is an intimidating experience that most people will tell you isn't very pleasant. Obviously those people have not bought a car at Bommorito VW because it was a very pleasant experience. Jay Burroughs was very helpful and honest. I purchased a certified pre-owned and after I drove it off the lot later in the day realized the AC wasn't working. Jay had my car back in the shop and the AC working within a few days and I was not charged. He was insistent that my car be perfect and as close to new as possible and definitely achieved that. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and a good experience.

it had been 20 years since we purchased a used car. We quickly found out that negotiating a used car is quite different than a new vehicle. We initially went to dealerships closer to our home in West County. The experiences varied, but for the most part we were not pleased with shady practices. We sent an email inquiring about a specific car on a Thursday evening to Bommarito VW in Hazelwood, and Jay Burroughs immediately responded. Within 48 hours we bought the car. Jay was fantastic....Very down to earth and honest. It was quite refreshing! I highly recommend Bommarito VW... It was well worth the twenty minute drive!

I bought a 2014 Volkswagen Touareg from Chuck Thomson at Bommarito Hazelwood Volkswagen on Black Friday, November 28th, 2014. I returned to Bommarito Hazelwood Volkswagen to buy the 2014 Volkswagen Touareg because of the exceptional service that I had received from Chuck Thomson when I had bought my new 2010 Volkswagen CC in December of 2009. Chuck's honesty, integrity, and world-class customer service makes him an asset to Bommarito Hazelwood Volkswagen. Also, Bommarito Hazelwood Volkswagen's service department went above and beyond to make sure that my 2010 Volkswagen CC was properly and timely serviced with honesty and integrity. Being a member of STLVW, I had heard great things about Bommarito so when it was time to start looking for a new car, I knew exactly where to go. I was put in touch with Kevin H. He was very responsive and immediately made sure I was taken care of. Between both him and Marc G., the entire experience was one that left me feeling appreciated and prevented me from walking away with a bad taste in my mouth as I had with other dealers in the past. I was not necessarily planning on buying a new car, but I had been toying with the idea and so my husband and I decided to go check out my options. My past two cars were VWs, but I was considering going with a Toyota. A coworker had a very positive experience with this dealer, so I figured I'd at least give them a shot before I headed over to check out the Toyota dealership. I was originally helped by George B., who was personable, kind, down-to-earth, and very helpful. He set my husband and I up to test drive a Jetta, which I instantly loved, and it changed my thoughts on switching to another type of car. I had some concerns about a previous experience buying a new car (not at this dealership) so George went and grabbed Ken, who listened to my concerns and assured me that similar things wouldn't happen to me here. Since I hadn't brought my car because I wasn't planning on buying that day, we had to run home and switch cars, so that I could bring it back to be appraised. When we came back, we ended up working with Jay B., who was also excellent to work with. He was just great, and made the whole car buying experience (something I really and truly loathe) so simple and easy. When he didn't have the color of car I was looking for, there were 2 or 3 guys that worked to find one that I like, and it's perfect! I couldn't be happier! Dealing with Ken in finance was also a breeze. We had to wait a little bit to get in to see him (understandable considering it was towards the end of the month and a Friday, and they were very busy--however the fresh coffee and ice cream certainly helped offset the wait), but it was worth it for the great experience we had in financing the car. He laid everything out for me as I had requested, and he was so respectful and matter of fact--and as a woman buying a car, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate him, and everyone else in the dealership that we came across. Not a single person was patronizing or rude (something that happens all too often for me when I try to deal with anything car related). I cannot recommend this dealership and these guys highly enough. I will absolutely tell others about my experience, and I can't see myself ever buying my future cars from anyone else. You all have a great thing going there, please keep it up!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Touareg from Jay B. at Bommarito and couldn't have been happier with the overall experience. We had worked with 2 other dealerships before making this purchase and hands-down, Bommarito not only had the best deal, but offered us the BEST customer services. Jay was very diligent in locating the exact vehicle in the exact color that we wanted and the entire transaction worked seamlessly to purchase the vehicle and negotiate our trade in - all over the phone and internet! Jay was happy to provide us with our own UTube videos of the vehicles we wanted to look at which was pretty cool. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go. Bommarito also included the vehicle paint protection and extended service at no cost. I would highly recommend this dealership to others as well as our salesperson, Jay B.

Work with Chuck was such a pleasant experiences, no pressure and everything was transparent. You do not need to think if there was anything behind or sale tricks like I had several years ago with other dealerships. He can not only sale VW, but also Honda, Nissan and Ford. I got brand new Honda from him with the best deal around the town. Highly recommended!
