by Jeffrey on 10/23/2018Brandon was up-front and didn't try to pressure us. I spotted the Jeep Renegade online that interested me and had a few questions about the advertised price. Brandon replied back promptly and gave me an honest and accurate overview of… discounts, so we scheduled a visit. My wife, son, and I arrived and he had it parked in front and ready for us to take a test drive after running through some features. Brandon was attentive and kind, understood the vehicle and features, and was able to quickly and accurately answer our questions. We had a fantastic experience with him, and also with our finance person... I apologize I've forgotten his name -- he has a New York accent. He, too, was a pleasure to work with, personable, and easy to talk to. We never felt pressured, we felt everyone at the dealership was genuinely interested in us, and we left with the vehicle we wanted with no fear of buyers remorse. If my 2004 Wrangler Unlimited with 214k miles ever gives up, we'll be back to Auto Plaza for our next new car purchase.First time car buyer
