Plaza Audi experience
by FredHippo on 11/28/2015We are returning customers to Plaza because they had treated us well in the past. Unfortunately, we feel we were not treated fairly in the lease of our 2016 Q5. One day after we leased it, we found out West County Audi had the identical… car for roughly $100 per month less. We were upside down on our trade in car by $780, which we paid out of pocket, do this should have been a straight up deal. The lease that Audi advertised was $399 lease. That plus $60 in tax, title and licensing would have made our payment roughly $460 at West County. At Plaza, we are paying roughly $560 per month and were not told of the $399 special at the time we leased the vehicle. Our salesman, David, did a fantastic job delivering the vehicle and explaining the features. We partially own this as we should have done more research. My only recommendation is buyer beware and shop several Audi dealers and go over each line of the contracts before you sign them bFirst Car
by egiering on 02/26/2015We had been looking for a first car for our daughter. We had been to no fewer than 15 dealerships, with very limited success. We found what looked to be a good car on the Plaza Audi website and sent a note on Sunday afternoon, not expecting… an answer until Monday or later. Much to our surprise we had a respones within an hour. I fully expected that this was an auto-reply. It was not. Jordan Barski had emailed us. Letting us know the car was available and asking when we would like to see it. We arranged to see it on Monday. Jordan had the car ready to go and after a short test drive our dUghter had her first car. Our experience with Jordan and The Plaza Auto Group has made us big fans.Salesman knew very little about the car
by Coupe14 on 07/03/2014The salesman could not answer hardly any of my questions and did not try to find answers. The showroom has no printed materials on the models. Waited 10 minutes for him to get a car for a test drive.Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent shopping experience at our dealership. At Plaza Audi, we truly care about all our customers' visits with us and greatly appreciate feedback. I apologize for the lack of information and your long wait. This shows me some areas for improvement in training our staff that we can immediately address. Additionally, we just received a new shipment of brochures. Sadly, toward the end of the month we can sometimes run low on our printed materials, but as I said, we just got a fresh shipment and I will be happy to mail you any brochures you might be interested in.
