"AUSTIN" the used car salesman extraordinaire, was as arrogant [non-permissible content removed] as I've ever dealt with in a retail store. While asking questions, he cut me off and just kept… asking when I'd be in to drive the car. (I'm 300 miles away) So when I said that I probably wouldn't be until he could give me a price (the one online was in his words "not reflective of the actual sale price being asked") that I could understand, he just HUNG UP. About as bad as it gets for a new car store.Auto purchase
