I understand you were behind with your appointments but you should have been able to look at my car and order parts same day. Got my car back Monday. This was… disappointing. I had to make arrangements for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday to get to work and other places on the weekend.Terrible communication, still not fixed

Had it home 5 days and I'm back to it. Won't start again. Brand new battery.… Still haven't found what's s draining. This is about my seventh visit for the same problem.Chevy pickup warranty work

by mike jordan on 07/11/2022did not send video, did not put oil sticker on last time it was in for oil change, called after last oil change and was told to stop in and get sticker, asked when dropped off car for wheel balance to put sticker in that was forgot last… time, was forgotten again did not put in car., the problem with wheel unbalance was not resolved, when called about it unwilling to solve issue.Polar Chev

by JPB on 09/15/2018Scheduled an early Saturday morning appt for a recall and they cancelled before talking to me and later said the recall wasn't ready and to wait for a 2nd notice. I had already gotten the 2nd notice and told them. They said "oh yeah," and… that it would take 5 days to get the part. THEY rescheduled me for the following Saturday (with my consult). I got there and they hadn't ordered the part. Waste of a Saturday morning, thanks to these people. It's worth going a little out of your way to get some competent people. Skip this place (at least for service).Walser Polar Chevrolet
