    Bought a used vehicle and it had problems basically from the start. How did Fury respond? They got their money, now go away. "We can take it to the auction and you can pay the difference". That was the best they would do even after it was proven they claimed it had updates but did not. [non-permissible content removed]! Steer clear!

    The first thing we told the salesman was that our main use for the vehicle was towing a pop-up camper. He said he had a good used vehicle, but didn't tell us that the hitch and trailer connection wiring were messed up. To be fair, they fixed the hitch (so I'll give them two stars instead of one), but refused to fix the wiring. I'd have a different opinion if I had purchased the vehicle for something other than towing, but to have led with that and then be stuck with an SUV that, as of yet, can't tow anything legally, earns Fury a poor rating.

    While purchasing a used 2011 SUV from Fury, you would expect that the vehicle was inspected and problems would be fixed. After 1 month and 600 miles, while having a front end alignment, I get a bill for $1200 because the front strut is leaking. I trusted to buy a vehicle from them that was inspected and safe, that was not the case.

    I really don't want to go through all the BS that I went through to get my vehicle. I would honestly say if you are a first time buyer from Fury- go somewhere else. Other dealerships will treat you with much more respect and better customer service. The pricing is ok until you see what they do with your interest rate- FYI- all other dealerships can beat their interest rates. Pat and Mike - Managers are [non-permissible content removed] and only are about money, not about their customers. I will NEVER be going back.

    I get my current Jeep serviced at Fury Motors, and the other day I had to spend a few hours there while my Jeep was being worked on. Matt S. spent that time looking at new Jeeps with me, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. I will be due for a new Jeep in a year or two and I will buy at Fury Motors because of great service and salespeople like Matt S!

    I bought a new Ram 1500 from Fury Motors last week and was pleased with the purchase price, financing, and the first-rate customer service. It had been 10 years since I bought my last vehicle and I was expecting an unpleasant experience. But Fury had a great selection of Rams to choose from and the sales guy (Aaron B) I worked with was very knowledgeable about the numerous trucks on the lot. Best of all, he didn’t use any pressure tactics to coax me to buy one. He listened, answered all my questions, and ultimately helped me find the right truck for me. I will definitely recommend Fury and Aaron to my friends.

    Dominic was the sales representative, who at the onset was helpful and knowledgable. He asked about and listened to our desires and needs. Dominic walked us through the new car process and took the time to reaffirm our needs and expectations were met. He is friendly, polite and personable. A positive experience and sales person for this dealership.

    I recently purchase a new Ram truck from Fury Motors. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. The salesperson, Dominic, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and terrific to work with. He even drove down to Northfield to pick me up in my new truck and drove me back up to the dealership, which was a huge help. I would definitely recommend.

    I'm not much of a review guy...at all...but Fury definetly deserves my 10 minutes! From start to finish everything was great. Paula, our sales expert, was fantastic. She was low pressure, she was a sweetheart, and she got us a phenomenal deal...can't ask for much more. Find Paula! PRICE...another important part right? I wasted three hours with Barnett (nice sales kid but ended up being pointless) and an hour online researching how to get a code for affiliate pricing. 1% under invoice seems like a great price...so I thought. Fury's sale price was actually $13unhorse than 1% under invoice for our Jeep Compass, and it's not an expensive vehicle, so HOT DAMN what a price! How do they do it? No idea, but with a deal like that I'm just upset I wasted four hours with the other crap...haha. Oh well. The dealership itself was crazy nice. We had never been inside prior to today. There's two levels, and the massive wood support beams were cool. There's a huge lounge area and a kids play area. Nice! Overall it was one helluva price and one heck of a great experience. Hopefully that helps someone. Good day! Yes, I said Good Day! Hehe.

    My son and I walked into the dealership just to look around for a Jeep Wrangler unlimited, to see what our options are, as he is turning 16 in couple of weeks. We ran into Tamas out in the parking lot when it was 100 degrees out side, my son explained what he was looking for and he found the exact car what my son was looking for. we took it for a ride, Tamas explained every little detail about the car and my son totally fell in love with it. My son connected to Tamas really quick and we went home commiting to get that car. Next day, we came back and leased the Jeep. Tamas has been beyond helpful to make the lease easier, transfered his passion for the Jeep to my son! it was such a pleasant experence and my son is beaming with his Jeep, loving every moment of it. Thank you, Tamas - we didn't come to lease it next day, your presentaion/approach made it easier to make the decison right away.

    We had an excellent experience with our salesman Tamas which continued with finance. They worked with us to get us the vehicle and options we wanted as well as a payment we could afford. I would recomend our salesman Tamas and the Fury dealership to anyone.

    Dominic was very helpful, and did everything he could to find a new car that my Fiance and I could afford. He even stayed past the end of his shift to make sure we could drive the car home that night. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dominic to friends and family!

    Dominic helped me with a car I had found through USAA. He honored the USAA discount and was extremely respectful and helpful. I would recommend Fury motors, in particular Dominic, to any first time car buyers.

    Fury Motors South St. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my vehicle purchasing needs and to provide a pleasant vehicle shopping experience. More specifically, Jeremy E. (salesperson extraordinaire), demonstrated outstanding customer service as he patiently stuck with me through my whole vehicle buying process. Jeremy understood my vehicle and financial requirements, and went out of his way to make sure they could be met. How did Jeremy demonstrate patience? My heart was set on a Ram 1500 with a Hemi, Jeremy worked closely with management and put together a great deal on a Ram 1500 Hemi Truck that met my requirements. Just as we were getting ready to close the deal, I became concerned about fuel costs (something I should have considered earlier, but had not done the math based on my driving patterns). Once I realized how much my fuel costs would change (I was trading a vehicle that was rated at 26 MPG City and 33 MPG HWY), I decided to change my mind. Jeremy had put a lot of effort into the deal, but understood my reasoning. We then began exploring other options, such as a van and a crossover. However, my mind was still set on a truck. Then Jeremy came up with the creative idea of a Ram 1500 with a V-6, which offered better fuel economy and a lower price. I was excited we found a compromise that allowed me to get into a truck. As Jeremy diligently worked through the details, we came to an agreeable deal. I left the dealership that evening feeling satisfied and excited. However, since the decision was not solely mine, I had to get final approval at home--which I was unable to garner. The next day, I had to call Jeremy to call off another sweet deal he worked so hard to put together. I could sense the disappointment in Jeremy’s voice, but he said he understood and wished me well. That evening, the idea hit me of purchasing a crossover. The next day, and much to his professional credit, Jeremy gladly worked with me to put together a deal on a Journey crossover. By the end of the day, we had found the vehicle equipped and priced with the options I wanted (even though I changed my mind on the color after a dealer trade for my original color choice had already been set up). As we agreed to a deal at the end of the day, I again left the dealership excited and satisfied. However, by the following morning, I felt buyer’s remorse because I felt I was compromising from my original plan to buy a truck and the new plan to buy a crossover. I stopped by the dealership to validate my crossover purchasing decision. Was I really gaining that much more from the vehicle I was currently driving. The sales manager (Tim B.), sensing my apprehension, spent a great deal of time listening to my apprehension and suggested I put the crossover deal on hold and take some more time to think about. He even suggested I drive a similar equipped crossover for the day. I expressed my concerns of disappointing Jeremy again, but the Tim said people often change their mind. So I put the deal on hold, nervous about what would Jeremy think now. As I drove the crossover for the day, I became at ease with my decision to buy a crossover and decided to take the deal off of hold. I contacted Tim to tell him to move forward and thanked him for his idea to let me test drive the crossover for a day (if he had not, I do not know which way I would have decided). I then contacted Jeremy to get an idea of how long the dealer trade would take. I was nervous that Jeremy would not want to talk to me since this was nearly the third time I canceled a deal. Much to his credit, and only with the slightest of hesitation in his voice, Jeremy extended his professional courtesy to continue helping me with the closure of my crossover deal. I was grateful for his continued assistance. I would highly recommend Fury Motors South St. Paul to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. And while there, make sure to ask for Jeremy to help you put together the deal of your dreams.

    Dominic was very helpful in the process of choosing a new car. He checked other locations for vehicles with the features I was looking for in a car. He was great at multitasking on our second visit, as he ended up with multiple customers at once. It was also the end of a day with extremely hot weather and he was still upbeat and glad to be helping us, he even stayed later than closing to finish the sale and was not upset about it. He was personable the whole time instead of just treating us like another business transaction. I would tell others about Fury Motors, this is the fourth car we have purchased from there.

    I found this dealership online while searching for a truck for my husband. Found a truck I was interested in and clicked the email link to email the dealer to let them know I was interested. Within 10 minutes, I had someone from the dealership call me and answer any questions I had. We also set up an appointment to come test drive the truck. From the moment we met Dominic, I knew this was the right place. He treated my entire family great, including my two very busy children, went out of his way to get us the vehicle we wanted with the things we required including a receiver hitch that wasn't on the truck prior to us agreeing to buy it. Anyone who asks us I tell them, I will definately be going back to Fury Motors and asking for Dominic when we buy our next vehicle.

    We went into Fury with a minivan in mind and fully intended to get the trade in we were looking for in order to complete the deal. We worked with Taylor who was very honest, not pushy and extremely helpful. The online pricing was true and accurate and the value of the trade in was right on with Kelley Blue Book. I was pleased with the offer made to me. Twelve years ago was the last time I purchased a vehicle, this experience was much more efficient for me. (Not the same dealership.) Everyone we worked with was fair, honest, respectful and efficient. We are pleased with our "new to us" minivan.
