JC and Chip were awesome
Poor Customer Care and Service
by Sorry I took my car there on 07/27/2025I had an appointment at 11 am to get my car fixed, when I arrived, I had to reschedule as they did not have the parts they needed to fix my car. Then I waited until they noticed me my parts were in and made a second appointment at 11 am.… Arrived 10 mins before 11 am. I pulled into the service bay and had to wait. When someone finally came to my car at 11:17am, I told him I had an appointment at 11 am. He then asked what I was in for, I told him a wiring harness replacement and two door actuators replacement. He then said he would check with the parts dept. If they had the parts. I told him they should as they said they were in now. He left and 20 mins later he comes back out and tells me that Miguel has my order, there is no wiring harness and he will get him. By this time I am getting frustrated with their lack of service. So again I sit in my car awaiting this Miguel person. 22 mins later a guy, not Miguel, shows up at my car with a number and says they can take my car in now. I asked if they had my wiring harness to install and he knows nothing about it. Then I ask if they have a loaner car for me per our agreement, he says they can take my car now. I tell him I cannot give up my car until I am sure they have a loaner available. He points to the rental car window and says they can help me there. I drive a subcompact due to my short statute. The guy at the rental counter then says yes we have a car for you. I asked which car is it, he points to a huge SUV. I told him I cannot drive that, I would not feel safe driving something so huge, don't they have a regular car? He says yes, but that car gas been broken for a long time. I asked if he can talk to his manager and let me borrow one of the hundreds of cars on the lot. He refuses. What was to be a quick drop off and be back on the road again has now turned into a 1.5 hour experience.We had other appointments to get too. Then two-days later when we pickup the car, they had not replaced an undercarriage plate for the tranny. They tried to convince me I did not need it. The whole process was one problem after another.It sounds like you had quite a frustrating experience, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. We strive to provide efficient service, so it's disappointing to hear about these delays and miscommunications. Accomplished more than just a recall
by Richos on 03/01/2025updated 03/10/2025My 2024 Honda Accord hybrid was in for its first recall having to do with the fuel pump. while there I mentioned the TD02 code ("See your dealer") that had popping up on my dash every time I got going in the car. They said they'd take a… look at this too. Getting the right technician was going to take a while, so I got a free Uber home. Next morning I got a free Uber back to the dealer (turns out they do this for all service customers, if necessary, not just those of us still under warranty). My Honda has checked out, the mysterious TD02 code is now gone, all at no charge. Great service at the nearest Honda dealer (Not the dealer I bought it at a year ago). The whole experience time consuming maybe, but it rounds up to 5 stars.Richos, we're delighted to hear that our team at Richfield Bloomington Honda provided you with excellent service and resolved the TD02 code issue.
