Excellent sale

The staff was very friendly and welcoming as like many other dealers, but set themselves better than others because they were there for "you" and not just to make… another sale for themselves. My salesman Michelle was very knowledgeable with the new vehicle I had purchased. She made the whole process from first test drive, paperwork, and how to operate the new electronics in the vehicle very simple. Olivia Chrysler will be the first dealership I will visit when it's time for another new vehicle.knowledgeable salesman

My first purchase Dodge Scat pack I bought in 2021 online brand new and was delivered to my home 3 hours away I never stepped foot in… the store. The salesperson at the time drove 3 hours to my home a few days later to show me how to operate my new car. My most recent purchase also online was a 23 Durango RT, Michelle Jensen was great to deal with, responded quickly to my emails and returned calls promptly. I drove to the dealership this time, the car was ready for inspection, paperwork in place and I was in and out in less than an hour. Anyone who has bought a new car before knows to expect to spend the better part of the day and can be a waiting game. Not at Olivia Chrysler, Best experience I have ever had.Very knowledgeable

She called me right away in the morning aftering inquiring about the vehicle after hours the night prior. Upon arriving, we were greated by Michelle and she… was ready to help us out! She showed us all our options for finacing, and wasn't at all pushy! The entire process from arriving, to test driving, running a credit report and helping us look at each of our payment options to finalizing the paperwork only took 2 hours ( which is WAY less time compared to past experiences at other dealerships).
