Every dealership should have a CJ!

Once we got out of our vehicle to look, we were quickly greeted by CJ.… We connected with him immediately. He was personable, knowledgeable and explained things to us about the vehicle we were looking at. He came with us for a test drive which was awesome! He covered literally everything with us. We were sold! Our interaction with CJ was top notch. He walked us through and explained in detail all the steps. We left there with our brand new Kia because of CJ. Thank you thank you thank you! Business manager was really thorough with purchase information paperwork. Matt who helped me program… my iPhone and Apple play. Explained all my new buttons and knobs. Even helped me to transfer goods from one car to new car. We are leasing our new car but I’m sure in 3 yrs we’ll be back. John worked with me to sell me a car that worked within my budget. Was super… good at communicating with me even after I bought the car to make sure I was enjoying it. I never felt pressured but definitely felt informed from both John and Jim. Jim dealt with the financing aspect and he didn’t try to sell me extra warranties I didn’t need. He recommended one that he felt I could benefit from having. When it’s your first time buying a car it can be very overwhelming but they both made my experience a very pleasant one :) I would 10/10 recommend Jeff Belzer’s to other people!Rebecca, we're delighted to hear that John and Jim made your first car-buying experience at Jeff Belzer Kia Lakeville so smooth and enjoyable! Great Experience

This guy seriously deserves a raise and/or promotion. Something with banker… hours,8-10% raise, 5 additional PTO days or something along those lines. Just a thought!
