    Great service Only thing was after car was seen after service it took 25 minutes to get paperwork to cashier and out the door, need to find a way to speed that process up

    We bought our Kia Sorento from Belzer Kia new in 2018. We were pleased with the price and have continued to be happy with all subsequent servicing. All of the sales and service staff have treated us courteously and have gone out of their way to take good care of the vehicle. As part of the purchase, we ordered a 10-year annual Renewal finish reapplication. This week, the SUV got its 8th treatment and the dealership crew did an outstanding job. Our Sorento could have passed for brand new when we drove away from the dealership!

  • I paid $568 to get back a broken car

    I brought in my car mid June for what appeared to be motor issues (you could floor the gas pedal ans accelerate 1 mph... not even remotely highway safe). They told me they couldn't look at it until July 1st, which sucks, but whatever. I don't hear anything back about my car on the 1st oe 2nd, so I call them on the third to see what's up... they haven't even looked at it yet... I finally hear back from them on July 7th (6 days after it wqs supposed to be looked at) to be told it's an issue with some wiring for cylinder 3 and 4 and that it needed to be replaced. I'm like, get her done. So, I don't hear from them the rest of the week. Point in, fact I leave a message with them on the 11th to find out what's going on... finally hear back from them on the 14th that my car is ready and it's $568 and change. I go down, pick it up and go home. My wife takes it out for a drive an hour later and the check engine light is flashing and THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM (you know, the one I paid to have fixed) is happening... needless to say, paying that kind of money for effectively nothing had me pissed. So, I go bring my car back today (the 15th...like, you had it for a month and didn't actually fix the problem?!?)... I politely, but pointedly explained the situation and that I wasn't best pleased about effectively paying for nothing. To be fair, they fast tracked my car to get looked at. When I asked if I was gonna get charged again for all of this, the response was that the diagnostics was gratis and that they hadn't added any charges yet (ie: these guys are probably gonna expect me to pay AGAIN for a problem THEY should have found and fixed the first damned time... guy basically talked AROUND the issue) . I didn't argue with the service tech as that would've been pointless... I'll do that when they call me back in and present me with a bill. If I go to McDonald's and order a #1 and receive thr completely wrong order, they'll fix it and give me the correct one AND NOT EXPECT TO CHARGE ME FOR IT BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER WRONG MEAL. If I go into get my car fixed and it isn't, I sure [non-permissible content removed] don't expect to be getting charged again for their mistake... make it right.

    Easy to pull into the service bay. Quick service setup. Had work done within 2 hours. Barely finished breakfast. Compared to my nightmare in Leesburg Florida , this was GREAT.

    After going to a few other dealerships without success, we decided to drive to Belzers in Lakeville. When we pulled in we were immediately impressed with the inventory. Once we got out of our vehicle to look, we were quickly greeted by CJ. We connected with him immediately. He was personable, knowledgeable and explained things to us about the vehicle we were looking at. He came with us for a test drive which was awesome! He covered literally everything with us. We were sold! Our interaction with CJ was top notch. He walked us through and explained in detail all the steps. We left there with our brand new Kia because of CJ. Thank you thank you thank you! We love and will recommend him to everyone we know.
