    Our 2015 Buick Enclave had served us well for over 138,000 miles, but it was having a bad summer. We finally (with some expert guidance from both the service and sales staffs at Valley Automotive Group in Hastings, MN) opted for a new car. My wife and I are both 80 years old, but we have complete confidence in both the decision and the new Acadia.

    Was lied to by Paul C., sold me a car and told me that they would fix what is wrong with it. They didnt even touch the damn thing. Brought it to my brothers shop to find out it has two bent rims. They didnt even try to hide it by putting the bent rim in the back. [non-permissible content removed] car dealer at his finest!

    Expressed interest in a vehicle however was unable to visit dealership for a few days. Salesman asked to place a credit card on file. I expressly asked if the card would be charged. I was told no. I found the card was charged. The dealership refused to issue a refund. This is a small town dealer with unexpectedly shady practices.
About our dealership
