They sell Lemons
Purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse December 2017. Car has been nothing but a "Lemon"! The dealership is horrible to work with and I believe they should be responsible for their actions! 1st situation was the option to add on the extended warranty. We had until the following Monday and bought on Tuesday. Emailed and called manager and never returned either. On my way home the tire pressure light came on. Brought back to dealership 1 week later and told there was a nail in one tire and they would replace all 4 tires but we have to pay for an alignment which didn't seem right since this should have been done before putting car in lot for sale. Get back to dealership 5 hours later to pick car up and were told they only replaced 2 tires since the other 2 where still in good shape. I get back into car and the tire pressure light is still on! Kept checking air in tires and later found out that is was a sensor! Wondering if they even changed any of the tires and charged us for an alignment for no reason. The 2nd situation would be come spring when the weather is warm I go to turn the AC on and the light flashes but will not come on. I decide to take it to another certified Chevrolet dealership to find out there is a leak and told by the manager that when the weather is below 20 the sensor will not allow the air to turn on and this is why it would've passed inspection since we bought in December. I contacted dealership and they wouldn't fix of course. Now since December 2018-1 year after buying this vehicle, I've had to replace washer fluid pump, timing belt, all kinds of gaskets and now a blown engine!! Every mechanic says this was because of the faulty dealership and should never happen to a vehicle with under 68,000 miles!
Very easy and relaxed
I saw a car online at this dealership for a little above the price I wanted to pay. I called in and asked if they would be able to come down to my price. I was told by my salesperson that he was going to talk to the manager and see what they could do. I figured they wouldn't hardly budge at all. When I got the call back they agreed to come down to my price. I went in the next day and bought it. I was surprised how quick and easy this buying process was. They actually took my offer into consideration and didn't just ignore my offer. My salesmen Rich, was very kind and humorous and made me feel welcome with no pressure. I highly recommended this dealership to any friends or family.
Terrible Service Department
I bought a brand new truck from Forest Lake Chevrolet, that experience was bad enough but the service dept is even worse. I brought the truck in for a grinding noise on cold start up, got a loaner and left my truck overnight. The next day Michael Tidd calls me and said they heard the noise and it was either the air pump or the oil pump but it was a normal condition. I disagreed and said it wasn't, I even played a recording of th noise for him and asked if that is what he heard and he said yes, that is normal. Still not believing him I looked at the truck myself when I got home. Within 2 minutes of listening to the noise and following where it was coming from I discovered the starter was not dis-engaging as it should. I called the dealer back and set an appointment to get a new starter put in, they couldn't get me in for almost 2 weeks. After driving 80 miles (each way) I get there and they didn't even have a starter to put in (a phone call to reschedule would been nice). Three round trips, 480 miles of driving, over 8 hours of my time wasted and my truck still isn't fixed. Very disappointed in this service department.
Great sales horrible manager
Rob was great i was ready to purchase a great GMC truck, then I met the manager Moe Khalil the way he treated me I could not do business with him
purchased my dream vehicle
We bought locally at Forest Lake Chevy. Our sales person, Louis Sorell, was extremely patient and helpful so that we could find the best fit for us. Rock Hauser got our payment where we needed it to be.
colorado transmission problems
I bought a 2016 Colorado with transmission problems. When I asked for answers I was lied to and I was treated like dirt.
I was sold a 2016 Colorado with transmission problems last February, When I tried to get some answers from this dealer and Chevrolet I was treated like dirt
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Later in day I noticed dash indicator signaling flat tire ( when I had none). Returned to Wilcox the next day and they fixed the problem immediately. Great job!
I can only say that I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership and the same salesman in the past few years. Repeat business speaks for itself. Satisfaction? Ya sure you betcha.
Excellent service provided every time!
Kelly was the gentleman helping me and he was amazing. Took his time to make sure I got everything I needed. This is not the first time I've been to this dealership for service, and each time, no matter who helped me, they were always very nice and helpful. I will continue to come back.
Understood my situation
The team at Wilcox understood my situation and did a great job finding the right vehicle for me with a great price. I am super happy with the vehicle!

I had a great buying experience at Wilcox. They meet all my expectations and were able to get me exactly what I was looking for.
Great dealership and great service. They strive to make sure the customer is completely happy before walking out the door.
Everybody was so nice not just the sales man but everyone. We had to wait for a long time but that was okay because we knew it would take along time to get us approved due to our credit. We are so very happy with our car and the service that we got that we will come back to you if and when we need another car.
Our best purchasing experience to date...
The Wilcox Team made this the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience to date for my wife and I. The courteous and very knowledgeable staff went out of there way to ensure that we were comfortable with the entire process; we actually felt like they had our best interest in mind from start to finish. Joseph, our sales representative, had to of spent at least a half an hour after the sale with us going over everything that the truck we purchased had to offer in an effort to ensure that we understood how to get the most out of the accessories that came with the vehicle. Nice job Wilcox Team, we love the truck and keep up the good work as we believe that the vehicle purchasing experience that we had is the standard in which other dealerships should strive to provide!
We found a car on line that had just been brought in, it was quickly cleaned up so we were able to view and purchase on very short notice. While at Wilcox we also inquired as to what our pickup was worth, the answer coupled with the incentive programs lead us to purchase a brand new pickup! Salesman Klem was very personable and knowledgeable.
outstanding service and all the people actually seem happy
They got me in and out really fast because I had an inpatient pet with me + I was late. Really impressed.
