Wonderful customer service

This was an unanticipated purchase, so could have been filled with high pressure sales tactics, but from the moment we met Dave Wilson it was always about… letting us take the lead but still giving us all the help we needed. We appreciate the customer service we received and are very happy with the great deal we got on our new used Traverse.Best new car buy ever!!

My sales guy Mike Hruby, who originally took my phone inquiry, was super helpful making my purchase happen! Not only was the vehicle… fairly priced compared to the local and national market (and I had looked!!), but the overall experience was efficient, friendly and painless even considering that they were located almost an hour south of where I lived! Mike was even able to pick us up in the Twin Cities to come take possession of the Chrysler-- talk about service! I really liked that Mike's sales style wasn't pushy or condescending, just informed and eager to help. Shout out to our finance guy Dale Covington, who also made the purchasing part easy and pain-free with taking the time to explain all the options; we got a good rate on the loan and everything went swimmingly! Can't say enough good things about these folks! Even Harry Brown himself stopped by to thank us for our business!Hood alignment off

It was all good till the car came and I noticed the hood on one side is rubbing on the fender while on the other side there is a gap. Mr Wilson denied the issue… was there when they inspected it but there is no other explanation. Even when I sent him pictures clearly showing the problem he didn't offer to do anything about it.My Red Truck

We were warmly greeted by Sean who asked us what we were looking for and some other… general questions so he could help us with our search. We ended up with a leased Chrysler 300 from Harry Brown's and were so pleased with the customer service from beginning to end of the lease process. There was a minor issue with the assembly of the muffler system that was taken care of within 30 minutes, again by a very professional yet friendly staff at the service department. We are very pleased at this early stage of the lease with the service we have received from Harry Brown's.Mike Hruby

We contacted Mike Hruby by phone to ask questions and he sat in the vehicle while we were on the phone and answered all of our questions before we chose to drive down… to Faribault. Mike had the Jeep all ready for us by the time we arrived and met us at the door when we arrived. Every person we encountered at the Dealership was super friendly and allowed us time to make our decision whether to buy or not. The trade-in transaction was quick and we were on our way back home in no time.
