Nothing but trouble and found out from service - by accident - it had a long service history prior to us buying it. by bp55106 on 06/24/2016I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! I had a horrible experience here. After purchasing a vehicle from them we found out we were lied to about the warranty the car came with. We called them to resolve the issue and their offer… was to make US pay for their mistake!!! I would never have negotiated the price I did knowing I would have to pay for an additional warranty. After several conversations I just had enough of the issues and wanted to bring the car back, the reply I received was they are considering this matter resolved, enjoy your car. This was by far my worst experience with a dealership. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! The salesman did not know anything about the car they were selling, they are very inexperienced THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and we assure you that this is not how we intend to do business. Our goal is to attain 100% customer satisfaction and it comes with great disappointment when we fall short of that with our guests.
