    From the minute I drive in to the minute I leave the entire garage/service staff is amazing. I’ve been coming to Luther Brookdale for years. I’ve dealt with many people from service, sales to management. The front line folks are the key to this place…leadership could use a lesson in friendliness!

    It was quick and well taken off. my car was washed and the technician was kind and explained to me what was done and needed to be done . as well with the cashier.

    My oil change is "suppose" to include a 27 point check and I thought that we use to get a list of those "checkpoints" and results/recommendations. I know that other car service companies provide this info. I assume that if a problem was detected, I would be advised, but wonder what if any of those additional checks are actually performed.

    I have been in several times for an ongoing issue with a service airbag light staying on. Each time I have been treated very politely and respectfully. I have been given a very nice car to use while mine was being serviced. I was never asked to wait very long at all. Dan Baker, my service rep was always so very helpful and friendly. He called me to talk about my car and when it would be done.

    I love that everyone in the service department seems so genuine and honest. They tell me what needs to be done, but also what can wait rather than giving me a laundry list of fixes that would cost me a fortune. I always come away from your dealership feeling like I'm what everyone cares about rather than just making money. It's a very nice feeling

    Casey does a good job in that Listens to your concerns and does not make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about when you question things - this is good customer service. Most of time I bring car in because I believe something is wrong or I have a safety concern and he takes that serious. I have had others and they blow me off like I don't know what I am talking about ( Yes theu do , do that ) I get no calls back or updates was a lot of hassle . Then I explained to the receptionist or not sure if title was a female my frustrations and she connected me to Casey , since Casey has done a good job at getting the service trust back on track . Unfortunate I need to bring back as I do have another safety challenge with passenger seat but service has improved.

    I was treated exceptionally well and did not have a long wait. My contact with the person servicing my vehicle was above my expectation.

    Brought 2005 Chevy Malibu Maxx in for shifter cable recall. First install was defective with a cable that broke on our first outing after install. Luther had car towed in and gave us a loaner to use overnight. Got recall redone in morning and got car back in afternoon. Other than defective cable part, customer service and professionalism were great. Thank you to Heidi Mannella for great service.

    My service advisor was the greatest. Everything was very well taken care of. This is the best dealership I have ever been to and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who owas a GM product.

    I love coming into Luther Brookdale Chev. All of the staff is polite and helpful. You are acknowledged as soon as you step in the service dept and all questions are answered and fully explained. I have been a customer for the past 5 years and refer all my friends and family to the dealership because of the high level customer service. Keep up the good work!

    Second time bringing in car in two weeks where they ordered the wrong part. They did give a luxury loaner until car this time until it was done. Handled all our concerns and apologized for the errors in ordering.

    I went to the dealership after a botched oil change from a different outfit. Luther Brookdale Service department not only fixed my car, they were able to show me exactly what was wrong to return to the previous shop for remediation. Thank you Ryan and the service tech team at Luther Brookdale!

    I was beyond happy with the excellent service. Everyone was friendly and helpful! I had two separate employees offer to wash my car, which I thought was above and beyond. When I picked it up though, neither had actually done it. It was just a bit disappointing. Other than that small detail though, everything was excellent!! I would definitely return again!

    I dropped my car off for a recall part fix, they estimated the time it would take to be about 2 hours and it was finished in an hour! Amazing fast time! The service department that called me was incredibly nice and informative!
