by charlie_22 on 12/27/2014The service people were great, the only problem is not having the part to fix car, instead you have to wait for part to be shipped in. There should be a parts location where parts can be gotten quick and the car fixed.Luther Brookdale - Outstanding as always

The service was completed in under the estimated time… and the cost was also less. Overall an outstandiung visit. One of the reasons I continue to use Luther Brookdale.Service Department

Very quick to get me information I was looking for on detailing my car and… telling me I could check with him directly or his Manager when I was ready to make an appointment. Exceptional customer service skills.Great service!

I received a personal call and not an automated call… from the dealership regarding the status of the car etc and I really appreciated that and I felt like overall I received great customer service.Great Dealer

However I didn't get the same feel from the sales portion of the dealership when I… asked about how they could help with a trade in on my car for something bigger. I was a little disappointed when I didn't get much information or even willingness to try to get me into a bigger vehicle. Thus the reason for the 8 on recommendation.Daniel is the best Service Advisor

However, the call center for appointments, they need to have more training or knowledge of… vehicles. When I initially called, the person on the other end admitted he had no idea what I was talking about, he simply took the appointment. With this situation, I would rather make the appointment personally with my service advisor, at least then I know they know what needs to be done.Great Dealership

After checking on my car I did receive a phone call and was told he's actually what was going on with my car and what it will cost… to get fixed. I couldn't afford to get my car fixed at the time however I was given extra options to hold me over I was definitely satisfied with Nick and that is who I normally deal with when I get my car fixed because he's excellent.Great service

Further, Robert was very efficient when dropping me off at home. And overall the mechanics or… quick and got the job done.
