There was a great amount of info to process ...… much has changed in the the auto industry in the past 17 years.Ryan Murray made the experience enjoyable. He holds a healthy combination of clever and kindness. He definitely understood the complexity of emotion in surrendering a great old car and processing significant operation changes of a 2018 vehicles. I appreciated his insight and observations. My decision making process took a couple weeks. There was a hope on Ryan's part that I bought that day however with ease he provided space for working out the decision, was available for any questions and the second test drive. The decision to buy was good! I'm hoping for another 17 years of Malibu time.They made it very easy

From the first emails reaching out to me to picking some vehicles in inventory to making… my visit, it all went smooth. The day of my visit and vehicle purchase was stormy and rainy but all went well. My sales person, Jodi, had everything setup to get test drives in between the rain, and she and Jeff, in Finance, helped me to make a tough decision between three similar vehicles.
