We have gone to Country Chevrolet for years. The staff is wonderful, perfessional, caring, honest. Good service and wonderful sales people. Can't say enough about this group. Matt R always looks for the best deal for us. We want to thank everyone for finding our new car as always. This is the only car dealer we will go to for service or buying a new car.

  • Great service, free loaners

5 out of 5 starsby wuollet on 01/26/2015

They fixed my pickup in a timely manner, I had an appointment made, and needed a car to drive while mine was in the shop. They provide free loaners to their service customers, and are super friendly. I have done business with them for around 10 years, and will continue to do so.

took my van in for routine maintance(oil, filter, lube)the service tech incorrectly jacked up my van, causing over 4000.00 dollars in damages to the rocker panels and underbody.when i picked up my van,the dealership, failed to tell me what had happened.when i discovered what had happened to my van,i returned to country chevrolet, talked to the service manager.he basically said my van was worthless, offered me 500.00 dollars to live with the damages.no apologies for not informing me about the damages,i left feeling insulted.i took my van in for service, not to be wrecked. 500.00 dollars doesn't cover the loss of value to my van.a 5000.00 dollar vehicle,is now worth about 900.00 dollars.if your considering country chevrolet, for any services, don't forget to check everything they do,because, they won't tell you,if they damage something.better yet, find another dealer who cares about their customers.
