by Lenny B on 05/24/2025The overall experience with Gorno Ford was great, they really streamlined the buying process for my F-250 super duty but my only complaint is that they refused to fill the truck up with fuel stating that they don’t do that anymore, spending… well over $60,000 for a vehicle you would think they could at least fill the tank!Ford Explorer

by Renee Tou on 11/15/2024I have leased vehicles from this dealership before but I will not lease from them again. I can’t even tell you what my interest rate is. I was told that Jake would help me set up my keyless entry and show me how to work the screen on the… inside of my truck. Well that didn’t happen and my keyless entry still is not set up and I have no clue how to work CarPlay. I had a cover put on the bed of my truck and when they installed it they pulled it to far to the tailgate so now it doesn’t open properly. I did contact the dealership and was told to bring the truck back which isn’t easy at this point as to the way I work. I think maybe they should have done the job the right way and not been in a hurry. I feel I was very rushed the day I picked my truck up and they just wanted to hurry me out because it was close to closing time.Outstanding Customer Service

I've been in love with Expeditions, as I owned a 2013 Extended King… Ranch Expedition and I drove it for the last 11 years. I LOVED it for so many reasons! I wanted to test drive quite a few vehicles to see if I could convince myself to love a different Ford or Lincoln vehicle. I do love the Lincoln Navigator and also the Lincoln Nautilus. But the Customer Service Experience at Gorno Ford made the difference in my decision. Working with Miranda Arzola definitely tilted the scales for me. She is an OUTSTANDING Sales Representative. If she would've worked at the Lincoln dealership instead, that Lincoln Navigator would be parked in my driveway. Instead, I have a very beautiful 2024 Platinum Max Expedition to drive the next few years... and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Terrible customer service

by vsenyk01 on 04/01/2024Using Ford Inventory contacted dealership about a Ford Mustang, verified with the phone contact person from the dealership that the car was available. I went ahead with financing over the phone. When we went to pick up the car, it was a… completely different mustang that they did the financing on. The car that I had intended to purchase was already sold. I did end up taking the second car, dealership offered to make it up to us. However after three weeks we still haven't heard from them. Once we got home with the car we noticed the ambient lighting on the drivers side was also not working.Great experience
