    I had a 9 am oil change and tire rotation and I came back 4 hours later to pick up my truck and they said it’s getting worked on now. We took care of other vehicles ahead of you because they were waiting in the lobby my service advisor tells me. I work thirds and told them I’ll pick it up Monday I need to go to bed. I made a 9 am appointment for a reason. So I left then right before I get out of the parking lot I get a phone call and my truck is magically finished and I can pick it up. So I wonder if they even worked on it.

    I visited Lunghamer Chevrolet in Pontiac MI. recently and had an excellent experience. The work was done in a timely manner an I was treated very well. I can not recommend this place enough 5 stars from me.

    One of our tires has had a slow leak since the time our lease started... loses about 15psi per month. At our first included service, I asked it to be checked and was informed that I would be charged. Really, for an issue that has been present since day 1? And after buying multiple vehicles from your dealership??

    First of all the man I talked to in the service department had a condescending tone to him. It seemed like he was talking to me like I was an idiot and it was a waste of his time. I took my 2024 Silverado in for two reasons. First is the audio, I would randomly lose all noise, radio, turn signal, hazards, etc. Second was the rust, I have only had the truck since September and it already had rust spots on the paint. They didn’t even address the rust spots it took me going to a different dealership to get told it’s rail dust. None of my past cars have had this problem but apparently it’s common on new cars??? How does that even make sense?

    I called the dealership for a price on an oil change and coolant flush. I was given a price that was agreeable. My car was completed in a timely manner and the service tech was professional. The bill, however, had increased. Charges for shop materal and oil disposal were added. I feel that the entire cost of the job should have been included. In addition, another 3% was added for paying with a credit card. A better busness model would be to quote everything and give a discount for cash.

    This was my 1st time with the service department. Everyone was very friendly. I’m terrible with names but the man and woman that took care of me were awesome and went above and beyond. I was in and out between 30-45 minutes. I highly recommend.

    Oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours! When I was told an hour… not to mention, they were told my key to the lug nuts was in the glove box and they came back and proceeded to tell me that it was in fact not in there so tire rotation could not be done- after getting my car back I checked the glove box and it was in fact right there so I then went back in, handed them the lock key and again had to WAIT for tires to be rotated.

    I was reminded that it was time to change the oil in the car. I called and made my appointment that was convenient for me. On the day of my appointment, I drove in, they put the paperwork together and showed me where I could wait. It was a nice waiting room and before long they said my car was ready to go. It was a pleasant experience and the write up person, Melissa Stack was very friendly, and made my first visit there, a very good experience. I lease my car from this dealership.
