Thank you to Pau Stevenson my Sales Agent and her co workers Allen, Michelle and all others. You made me and my wife feel comfortable and the sale went through as smoothly as possible. Did I mention Pau was able to get my vehicle at the… lowest price with all the savings and promotions out the door after tax close to $20k in savings. Wow! I could'nt leave without saying Yes! Thank You!

by Bryan on 06/16/2025I had a 9 am oil change and tire rotation and I came back 4 hours later to pick up my truck and they said it’s getting worked on now. We took care of other vehicles ahead of you because they were waiting in the lobby my service advisor… tells me. I work thirds and told them I’ll pick it up Monday I need to go to bed. I made a 9 am appointment for a reason. So I left then right before I get out of the parking lot I get a phone call and my truck is magically finished and I can pick it up. So I wonder if they even worked on it.Best experience!

Bruce Litvin makes the experience so easy and efficient. He goes out of his way to make every experience so… enjoyable!Great service experience

Damo always finds me exactly what I want and works out a great deal for me. The service department… also gives top notch service. John is my man in service. I have moved since I started buying cars at Lunghamer but I drive past another dealership to get to Lunghamer for sales and service.Really, you couldn't correct the slow leak that was present since purchase

I have bought many new cars and have NEVER had anyone be so honest and transparent about pricing. I said I didn’t… want to spend over X amount and at signing I didn’t have any of those usual switcharoos. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Damon took the time to show me all the features of my new car. He made sure I understood everything and let me know that he’s available should I need him for anything. I was in and out of the dealer within 2 hours! That’s driving, signing, everything. Simply unheard of. 5+ stars!Bruce is The Best!

We have developed a genuine relationship of trust and honesty. He has helped mentor others at the store in providing the… same custermer satisfaction. I'm now retired to Florida and I think enough of Lunghamer to deliver me a vehicle when it comes time for one. For both sales and service, I've found no reason to go anywhere else.Top notch customer service!

My sales representative, Pau, went above and beyond expectations to give me… the best experience and pricing. All of my questions were answered with patience,and detailed explanations. She was very thorough when she was showing me the features in the car. I couldn't ask for a better sales rep! Even the finance manager, Dan, was forthcoming with a couple options that lowered my ( already great ) monthly payment! This is the place I would recommend for excellent customer service to go along with your car buying experience. Thank you!Great service

He is an effective communicator, listener and will work with you to find the automobile… that’s the perfect fit for you. We were in an emergency situation where we needed not only one car but two. Ron worked with us to maximize our trade-ins as well as any rebates. All I can say is if you’re looking for a new automobile or just a used one…Lunghamer is honest, fair and will treat you right. I am more than PLEASED!!! (FYI-I am a Type A/OCD person who dissects every possible scenario…WRONG, RIGHT, COST, etc…). Thank you to everyone at Lunghamer! I cannot recommend them enough! !!!
