My Salesman Bobby worked very hard to find the vehicle options specifically how I wanted the vehicle optioned. Additionally, The dealership honored the negotiating that we made early in the process. The deal they offered me for my vehicle was very fair

    Duane is outstanding b with his customer service. This is the 2nd time he has helped me with issues with my car. He always goes the extra mile and makes me feel valued as a customer I have recommended many of my friends and family members to your location because of my experience

    I had an appointment scheduled for Wed 12 Nov 2014 and due to scheduling conflicts with my business I have a limousine service-ground transportation, and I asked Mike Foster if I could bring the car in Sat 8 Nov 2014 without an appointment. He said it was OK. I did not expect 44 other cars to be ahead of me at 7:15 am. But Mike got me in, and even though it took longer than expected, the recall work on the defective parts was done-no charge. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours, but due to the high volume of customers it took 2.5 hours. Mike was terrific. The dealership was packed. Now when I bought the used SUV-car, the experience was not pleasant, that is why I never answered the original survey. I was taught as a youngster,if you cannot say anything nice about someone, don't say anything. The used car sales director Ed Zuzindlak was great, the used car salesman was "Ron Burgundy" of "Anchorman" fame in persona. Edward Rapoport

    James lee was a very outstanding sales person and was nice and funny. He should get a extra raise. I talked to Ed though when I came back and mentioned to him about the chip in the front window of my Malibu and a few scuff marks on the car and they said shouldn't be a problem to fix. Other than that everything is good.

    Bob is very knowledgeable about Volt. He answers all our questions. He is very nice and straight forward sale. Some other dealer we visited make us feel like being pushed to make a deal. He gave us time to think.

    Ultimately, only some of the problems were resolved. On the positive side, Serra's service team worked very hard, for a long time, to address an issue that they had not encountered before; they made sure to stand behind the warranteed replacement parts I had purchased; and I had a welcome loaner vehicle while my car was in service.

    A good friend referred me your dealership. The website was helpful and the sales personnel seemed to be on one accord and understand customer service very well. The only issue I encountered was the physical condition of the car upon purchasing it. It did seem as if the detailer paid attention to detail. There was and still is noticeable hair strands in the head rest of the car and small spills of coffee or dark colored liquid splashed on the vinyl. I did speak to someone regarding the hair and other issues like dust and spider webs and they were pretty nice about having someone to re clean the car. Overall, the service and product was good. My family is looking to purchase two more vehicles soon but I would highly recommend this dealership based on this experience.

    Ric was a very good salesperson. When I first came to the dealership to look at cars late one night, 2 other salespeople walked by me and did not give me the time of day. Then a 3rd one asked Ric to take care of me. I got the impression it was because I was likely not a 'real' buyer. I am a woman and felt that they assumed I was not going to actually buy anything. Well, I am happy none of them thought I was worth the time, because Ric was very polite and helped me view several cars that night. I came back a week later and purchased a car. Ric C is a great salesperson because he took the time to show me cars, answer questions, and then when ready really worked hard to get us to purchase the right car at the right time.

    Jim Colovos was once again super helpful in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for and finding me the best price for the lease I was wanting. Always a pleasure to work with Jim & come to Serra Chevrolet...no headaches or issues ever. I've always been greeted pleasantly, and asked if I need anything (water, coffee, etc). I will definitely be back.

    Overall quality of the entire deal was excellent. The only way it could have been better is if we could have taken a small amount off the price for an option I didn't really want, but the car was the last '14 Camaro in the state with the options I wanted and would have easily been sold at asking price which I was already well below. I have loved my new car and the service and look forward to purchasing my next one at Serra.

    The Serra staff really worked for me - the were extremely proactive. Anne was very patient and accommodating over the two months leading up to my purchase, and did mostly act as if I was her only customer (though I knew she had others). I didn't spend time waiting for anything, except a couple minutes while Vince juggled multiple new customers.

    Very well trained and professional sales people and employees. Treated like I was buYing a much more expensive car when I was only getting into a Chevrolet cruze. Thanks for the help

    Bob Bence is the best. I really had my heart set on the color Magenta for my Camaro. He had a hard time getting it for me. I was willing to settle for black or red. But Bob went WAY out of his way to get me the Magenta Camaro. I cannot say enough about Bob. My mother has said that when it is time for her to get a new vehicle (probably within the next year), she will be coming to see Bob.

    I have been using Your dealership for the past 3 years. This was my third vehicle from Serra. Every time I come to Serra Chevrolet I am treated like a member of the family, my most recent experience was no different! Robert Head, Kellie Tomlinson and Vincent Sheehan collectively made sure the process of leasing a new vehicle went seamlessly and swift. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else: Not to mention that the vehicle looked awesome upon delivery, so thank you to the detail staff as well. I have and will continue to refer Robert, and Serra Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a great vehicle and a long time dealership relationship. Thanks again!

    Overall I was very pleased with my visit. Anne Freeman and staff was very friendly and assisted me with all my needs. I was very glad to visit a dealership that was not overly pushy but very willing to accomodate your needs.

    I went to the dealer for a recall on my car and experience a pleasant sales man that gave me the BEST car buying experience ever. Mr.Dan F this young man not only professional and complete right down to showing how every thing in the car worked. this made my day I would do it over again with sales man that helped me. HATS OFF TO Dan F.

    Everybody are very friendly. They seem to care about your needs. They are always looking to help with your problem. They always call and tell you what the problem are and tell you about how they are going to resolve the problem.

    As someone in my seventies, searching for a new car was something I was not initially comfortable with. However, that all changed when I met Ric C. He was so helpful and kept my best interests and budget in mind. I had peace of mind through the entire process and love my new Chevy Cruz. I would recommend him to anyone. He took wonderful care of me.

    My experience at Serra Chevrolet was wonderful. Mike took great care of me as soon as I pulled into the service center and Carlos was very thorough explaining to me other services recommended.

    We came in late on a Friday and Wanda was fantastic. She stayed late to make sure that we could complete our purchase. She was very friendly and knowledgable.
