They worked their magic to get me approved and I was able to ride out that day… with a new vehicle. The only thing I disliked was how the gas gauge looks on the car. I never had a gauge like that so I hope I don't ever run out of gas. It also took forever to get the title.Jasmine, thank you for choosing Garber Buick and taking the time to leave us a review! My husband and I have been with Garber for our vehicle needs and purchases for almost 7 years and have never been disappointed. I just purchased… a new vehicle this week from Garber and was treated with respect and care. Scott Turner was my salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone anytime. He listened closely to my needs and never once tried to push me in direction outside of my price range. And he was kind to my son which is always a 5 star rating in my book. Will not be returning
by CG on 05/03/2023The initial car shopping experience went well. Cody was friendly and easy to work with. He got me in the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately the good experience didn't last long. Days after buying the vehicle it started making loud squeaking,… chirping noises while driving. Within one month I have had to return to the service department 4 times. The very last time on 4/29/23 I finally thought the issue was fixed and I was finally relieved. The next couple days the vehicle was driving good, but now the same noise has started right back up again just 5 days later on 5/3/23. Everytime I take the car in for service the issue is supposedly fixed. I have no more time to waste and it being an inconvenience for me and unfortunate experience. I will not be returning again. I would rather pay out of pocket now and I will be taking it somewhere else to be looked at since Garber Buick can't seem to figure it out anymore. The vehicle should not have been messing up regardless since I just bought it and with a big purchase like this for me I am very disappointed since I was told it was fully inspected and nothing wrong. I won't be returning again.Christina, I'm sorry to see that you have been experiencing issues with your vehicle as we take these kinds of concerns seriously. Their sales people bend over backward for you. I am near 70 years old and have… shopped for vehicles/trucks for a good many years, and have never had a better sales relationship the likes of Garber. Forget the rest, and go to Garber, where they treat you like gold.Great Dealership! Cody was amazing!

None of this would've been possible without my Mother, whom co-signed for me back in 2018… for a 2011 Chevy Malibu. Unfortunately, she left us to be with the Lord on August 17th, 2021. She trusted me & that meant everything to me, & it always will. Love you Mom. Me & my fianceé wanted to trade up into a pick-up & so our search began, finding our way to Garber Buick, where my Mom had also purchased her Pontiac Vibe back in 2004. We came in, looked around & test drove our Dodge Ram 1500. Even though we became discouraged because we didn't think we'd get approved, Anthony Stricker was putting in the work. He checked in on us for a couple of days, simply asking if we've found anything to date but to no avail. Mr. Stricker put the time in, not just trying to make a sale but getting to know us!
