We had been searching for the re-designed 2025 Expedition Max Platinum across multiple dealerships and everything we had interest in was sold before we could get a chance to look at them or, already… pre-sold. The salesman Jim Bommarito found the new vehicle in local inventory and had it delivered to the dealer. He handled the… preparation, paperwork, and the lease, all in a few days. On delivery, Jim spend time in the vehicle showing me how to configure the options and answer any questions I had. 2025 Explorer ST Line Lease
by Stacey S on 01/28/2025My husband and I have worked with Serra Ford Rochester Hills in the past. My husband purchased a 2020 ST Edge and as a result of the excellent care and experience we received from the Sales Associate, Bailey Czuchaj, I reached out to her… to lease another Explorer as I have leased 3 Explorer's prior to this one and love them. However, the prep on the car was horrible. The windows inside were wiped down with something resulting in all the windows being smeared. They sprayed some kind of spray all throughout the vehicle which left it slippery and overspray over everything. My husband and I had to clean the entire vehicle upon our arrival home. The mats had to be taken out and washed, all exposed areas inside the vehicle had to be washed down and all the windows had to be cleaned. Had a wonderful experience with dealing with Bailey once again and the sales manager, but for future, the prep of a new vehicle will need to be addressed. Also, not sure if this was something that would have been done, but the washer fluid was not filled and required us to put almost a full gallon in. We did reach out to Bailey to discuss the prep of the vehicle, and she offered to have the vehicle detailed, however, we had already taken care of the issues.Hi Stacey, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Easy car buying process as Serra Ford
by upgrade on 01/21/2025I was in the market for an upgrade to my Ford Explorer. Serra Ford had a vehicle on the lot that I was interested in. I went in to look at the vehicle and was greeted by Ken. In a very short time, we were able to test drive the vehicle… and agree to a purchase price that I was comfortable with. Ken made the purchase very easy and smooth. The support staff and Ken had the paperwork and vehicle ready on time on the day of pick up.
