    Here is a really good recommendation! What an outstanding Seller! I’m here to recommend Vince Kuzak from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership to whoever is about to lease/ buy a car! He is really good and goes above and beyond to attend all our expectations (I have to say that I have high expectations 😂)!! I told him about my Dream Car and guess what?? I left the dealer driving my dream car! Vince does an amazing job! If you are looking for any of this brand vehicles, talk to him!!!

  • Very Poor Customer Service by Service Dept

    Do not take your car to get service at this dealership! I bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 about 2yrs ago at this dealership. Sales experience was good. Service is ridiculously poor since I bought the car. Service advisors are unfriendly, don't ever smile, act bothered that you need them to help you fix your car, wont try to help you, will tell you they are too busy to help you, etc. If you fill out the little survey card they leave in your car, the service manager will call you and ream you out for not giving good survey feedback. Very unprofessional. The call from him was all about HIM and nothing to do with my concerns. He said nothing to help the situation get better for my future visits. I then told him I guess I need to take my business elsewhere and he said "Okay, you probably should," He seriously didn't care to lose me as a customer. I will never walk back into this dealership. Although, I live in the same city, I will drive elsewhere to get my car serviced. I was warned by a friend who said they only pretend to give you an oil change, but really don't. I should have taken that as a warning sign.

  • Jeep sales

    This is one of the best dealerships I've been to in a while and the sales manager is one of the best I've seen in a while. I had been looking at cars on and off for a period of roughly 2 months. Due to me being in the military and out of state, and my home in Michigan having much better prices than other areas of the country, I was obligated to search for deals in Michigan. I was contacted by the sales manager that my father had found saying there were no vehicles that matched the one I wanted. I had come home over Christmas and decided to go to the dealership to discuss vehicles. The sales manager sat down with me and searched again, looking for vehicles at other dealerships for trades and found two. He called the other dealerships on the spot asking for a trade and did not receive an answer, and was not called back until roughly two hours later to find out the vehicles were already sold. Since he couldn't find the car I was looking for, and being the last day of the car deals advertised for that time period, he offered me a deal on a Trailhawk Cherokee, which was more than I wanted to spend, but found me a Friends and Family number along with cutting off close to $2000 to move it. Yes it sucks that we had sat in the dealership for a few hours time, but I was quite satisfied with the hoops the manager was jumping through to find me the vehicle I wanted. I got a great vehicle at a price that cannot and most likely will not be matched by any other dealer. If in the market for a new car, please use this dealership. They may not have the best advertised vehicles, but the sales manager is one of the most professional and straightforward people I have ever met, willing to do what it takes to get you in the car you want.

I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. They honored the price the other dealer and I had agreed upon even though this new car had all the bells and whistles and cost more. They made it happen! They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus’s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, “So, today’s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I ‘m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?” with a huge smile on his face. Gus’s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. If you are in the market for a Chrysler or Jeep - Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep is the place to go! Just ask for Aaron Carter or Gus Abdal. These two gentlemen will listen to you and find you exactly what you want!
