Went to dealership to look at used cars. Was greeted by Kathy and she really helped me make right decision for my family and budget. Not pushy but helpful and appreciate the great service!

2020 Chevy Spark
by Robert B on 12/19/2023I traveled to Port Huron MI from Florida to by a 2020 Chevy Spark with 300 miles. I dealt with Tina a saleswoman that was professional and pleasant to work with. The car had flat spots in the tires from sitting for a long period of timeā¦ without being driven. The dealer agreed to buy me a new set which I greatly appreciate but had a long bumpy ride home. Iām satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Cawood Honda.Friendly visit

All our questions were answered to our satisfaction even when the sales person did not know the exact answer he brought in someone who did. When we were notā¦ satisfied with one of the extras that we ordered at time of purchase, our sales person corrected the situation promptly with our request for a replacement.lCheck indicator light on dash
by Bob on 10/25/2023Low pressure tire light showed on my dash. Tires all appeared full with no visible low tire. Service checked the tires and found a small nail in one tire and made the repair. Tires were rotated and the indicator light was reset.ā¦ Turnaround time was about 30 minutes which seemed very reasonable. Great job overall.GREAT SERVICE
