My Sales person is Greg and he went the extra mile to make sure I had a vehicle for the weekend when the dealership was closing before I… could get there due to my wait for AAA to tow my car. I look forward to buying my next car from Greg and would never go to anyone else. He is amazing!Such a wonderful experience!

The car is beyond great and I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided (even staying past closing time to finalize… paper work so I could take it home that night). I'd highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Lincoln MKX!Disappointing Black Label Experience
by BlackLabel55 on 05/27/2016I understand Lincoln is now competing with Mercedes and BMW with the Black Label experience. Both Mercedes and BMW are extremely attentive to their customers. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat disheartening especially being such an… expensive purchase. Our salesman wasn't very knowledgeable on the vehicle he was selling, when asked if the vehicle came in a particular color I was told no but then found out later ourselves that indeed it did as a Black Label. They almost lost the deal had I not known the car did come in the color I wanted as I was set to buy the Mercedes who were a very attentive and accommodating dealership. As the buyer, I was the one following up locating and acquiring my vehicle. Once my car was located it wasn't until after we were at the dealership and were reviewing the paperwork we noticed a $1000 price increase that it was conveyed to us it was coming from a different location. I was told the Black Label experience is experienced after the purchase. After my purchase, I received only a brief overview of my new vehicle and not the thorough review with a Tech Specialist as advertised. Though I am happy with my purchase, it's not the experience I anticipated.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. Horrible experience
by fswasey on 03/15/2016By far one of the worst experiences I've had at a dealership. After dealing with them for about 2 days I was given quotes via text from an employee there on a car not even in their lot. I got there with hopes to test drive this car after… work for her to tell me the car is not there on their lot and I would have to drive to the dealership, which was a half hour drive from their dealership. Not to mention I had my 2 year old son with me and had to take the car seat in and out of all the other pointless cars she had me test drive. I finally get to the other dealership around 8:30pm for her to tell me she now has to run my credit AGAIN and she has no idea why the other employee at Hines Park Lincoln quoted me on their vehicle. A quote that was 100 dollars off. I would never recommend anyone to go there at all. Horrible horrible customer service and I feel like I was given the run around the whole time. Just a complete waste of my time. By the end of the night I was just done. Didn't get home until 10:30pm and still no car.First Rate Dealership

He's professional and knowledgeable about all vehicles we considered. He… walked us through the purchase process so my 90 year old father would understand all the charges and answered all our questions. My heart chose a Lincoln, but my budget chose the Escape. I'm confident it's the right vehicle for our needs and happy with the decision we made.Great Experience, Great Staff

The car I chose was the Lincoln MKZ. I received such good service that I seriously considered purchasing a new… vehicle, although my initial plans were not to purchase a vehicle until later in the year or early next year. Everyone that I encountered throughout the process treated me with such kindness. The facility is very clean and exudes classiness. The sales people that I worked with were very honest and very knowledgeable of the vehicle and services that Lincoln offered. And though I was not completely sure about when I would purchase, the sales staff was very patient with me and made every attempt to find the vehicle that I wanted. I purchased the vehicle and I love it.Get ready for a flawless new car experience!

Awsome Buying Experience
by Joanne647 on 08/22/2015This was a wonderful buying experience. I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKS with just over 10,000 miles, and it drives like a dream. I had been looking and comparing cars for over 6 months, and finally decided to e-mail the dealership. I made… an appointment and the sales person assigned to me was Charlie Johnson. The car I purchased was a lease car that was being turned in early. It had everything I wanted on a car, and it is absolutely gorgeous. Charlie was very easy to work with, he listened, and called me to keep me updated, very good communication skills. I was very impressed with his boss, (can't remember his name) but he was very courteous too. I had a couple issues with the car and Charlie made sure they were addressed and taken care of very quickly. This dealership treats you so well, and their showroom is beautiful. I love the fact that they have a great waiting area with a mini kitchen, equipped with coffee, tea, cookies, muffins, breakfast bars, a TV, and it's not in an enclosed room. I can't say enough nice things about this dealership, because they are just plain nice! I will definately recommend them to family and friends and I told Charlie I will be back in about 3 years, since I seem to get the "new car itch" about every 3 years, lol. Wonderful people, wonderful cars, and just fantastic, all the way around. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, I give them a 10!!!My new MKZ Hybrid!

Best Dealership Experience

Sales person is Bill Hazelton and I have to say from the moment we met him till we received our vehicle he's been completely Outstanding! We love our new MKX, and love the… support and the whole experience! The reception desk staff were great every time we came into the dealership and made us feel like we were important. I have never, before this time, had as positive experience at a dealership as I have this time!Super

She went above and beyond, from start to finish, showing me all the different color combinations available, going through all the different items I could have on my vehicle, keeping me up to date on… when it was going to be assembled and shipped. Charlie Johnson was great! He let us look without… putting pressure on us and was there to answer any questions that we had. After deciding to purchase the car and drive over 2 hours to pick it up, Charlie made all of the paperwork, etc. requests very easy for us to complete so that our pick up of our new car was a very enjoyable experience.Love my King Ranch!
