The fact that we were willing to drive 1200 miles to buy a truck from him speaks for much we enjoyed working with him.… The only reason I gave the review four out of five stars was because the dealership was running a promotion that stated all clients that purchased a new vehicle were eligible to choose a free gift. You could choose from a $200 gas card, A 2 day get away to upper Michigan, a 50”inch television or two years of free service. When Dylan asked the manager about this he would not honor the promotion. Seems like there should be some type of disclaimer that states that the manger can choose who to exclude from the promotion, even when you make the required brand new truck purchase.**Update** We were contacted the next business day after our truck purchase and the Chip set everything right with us! This type of customer service definitely sets this dealership apart and shows the entire customer experience is important to them. Thank you Chip!

He was friendly and cared about what I wanted in a vehicle. He even brought the car to my work for me to test drive!… After test driving the one I called about. I knew I wanted that one. He made sure I was happy and That I was leaving happy. He made the whole process smooth and seamless! He was funny and someone who truly loves their job! I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.Brian Borr made it easy!!

When I walked onto the lot I wasnt bomarded by salesmen with… pressure to come to thier office but was allowed to browse at my convenience. When I did make it inside I was kindly greeted and once I explained my situation, I was directed to a veteran sales professional. Now when I first met my salesperson, Brian Borr, I had already grouped him with the tricky, pushy salesmen I had delt with in the past. I couldn't have been further from the truth. A firm handshake and a smile opened the door to one of the most pleasant sales experiences of my life. Brian went above and beyond to work with me and my extremely picky nature of buying things. He kept the lines of communication open far beyond the normal sales proccess and made sure my needs were being met every part of the way! Not only did he let me test drive the car I came un to see but he also showed me different options that were… available with no pressure to buy outside of my budget. At the end of the process I drove home in the Impala that originally brought me in and I couldn't be happier! Brian made the deal go very smoothly and stress free.
