The Manager Ferrin was a true Gentleman and the entire process of buying the truck took about 25… minutes. Ive never had a Dealership actually be ready for delivery like they always promise. I have a list of things I NEED in a car along with a list of things I WANT in a car and in order for me to even want to take a look at the car these lists must both be 80%+ checked off. I was weary when… searching for a new car because of this. However Kayla Jaffas at Seelye of Paw Paw far exceeded my expectations of what I thought an experience with a car sales person would be. I had never purchased a car by myself before and was worried I would get bamboozled because Im a women who is in her young 20s about to purchase a vehicle. I gave her my lists and she put in the work. She found me a car that met my wants and exceeded my needs list. She got me a vehicle within my budget, under my requested mileage and I was able to get it within two weeks of us talking. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into purchasing a vehicle and she gave me all of the information I needed to make a sound decision. She was friendly and polite and I felt like she genuinely cared that I loved the car I was about to buy. 12/10 good job girl. I’ll definitely buy another car from you when I drive this one into the ground.Oil change

I went to look at a used vehicle that was close to, but not quite what I was looking for. Brian and the rest of the staff… on-hand were pleasant, understanding, and easy to work with throughout my experience. My decision not to purchase the vehicle had everything to do with the condition of the vehicle and nothing to do with the staff or their service. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a vehicle on their lot to do so.
