Worth the drive from Kalamazoo
by Kim on 02/06/2025We were in the the market for a newer model Jeep. We've been casually looking for a while and spotted one that peaked our interest in Paw Paw. We decided to make an appointment to check it out on a cold Saturday morning. Kyle the weatherman… had it out front and warming up when we got there. We did our test drive and he answered all the questions we had about the vehicle. We spent that weekend test driving a few other Jeeps. Kyle gave us the time and space to think about our purchase, showed us a few other options on the lot and showed us a few options for financing. After three visits to the dealership we drove home in the original vehicle we'd come to see. Kyle was great to work with. He responded to messages quickly and was available in person when we needed him. Paw Paw really isn't that far from Kalamazoo, and we'd encourage anyone thinking about getting a new vehicle to check this dealership out.Thank you so much for your fantastic review! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless, efficient, and stress-free. He was personable and professional and not pushy like other… dealers, which made the deal that much more enjoyable. He worked on our sale with another co-worker, and both were attentive and made sure to follow-up with us. We were able to schedule to see the vehicle since we were from a distance away. And made sure the vehicle we were buying went through their inspections before leaving the lot. He was well-prepared with all the necessary information and documents, answering every question we had along the way. We appreciated his honesty and sending us home in a temporary car while waiting for our newer car to be available once inspection was finished. No hassle, Keith provided honest and transparent information. We scheduled an appointment… and got prompt follow up, when Keith would have the day off, we would meet with Brian. All communication went smoothly, and a solution was tailored to us. We live at least 90 minutes away from this dealership. When we arrived, we were pleasantly welcomed by Brian Wiersma. We went through the details of the purpose of the visit and Brian was knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. At any time, we did feel very comfortable and enjoyed the time, without any pressure we made our decision to buy. What followed was only more joy to work with this dealership. Bill Young got our paperwork done in no time and took care of the financials with great pleasure. We got on our way in less than 1.5 hours after arriving. We will have another blast with this excellent team when we pick up the car and see Keith in person! Why a five-star rating? Well, this team has product knowledge, active listens, provide honest and transparent information, customer comes first, they have passion for sales the correct way.
