    The service area was ready for my vehicle and did a fantastic job in taking care of the issues I came in for. Friendly and courteous. All personnel. Everyone who walked through the waiting area made eye contact and said hello.

    Took two hours for an oil change, thought that was excessive. Yes, I was test driving vehicles, but expected my car to be ready after two hours (and I had an appointment).

    My Buick Enclave needed the oil changed and some warranty recall items corrected. While it was in, Young also took care of changing my windshield that was cracked. Great service as always.

    I was treated very well, work done in a timely manner, very helpful and courteous staff. I would like to recognize Ryan in the Service Department for going above and beyond. I left my sunglasses in the loaner vehicle and Ryan took it upon himself to package them up and ship them to me, saving a trip from East Lansing. Very much appreciate his efforts!
