by beaverbrat19 on 10/14/2018this certified vehicle is/was damaged, it appears that someone had attempted to break into vehicle. the corners of the passenger and drivers doors are bent outward enough that you can hear traffic and air while driving... the used sale… staff was very friendly and sales manager helpfulfantastic

It is easy to see why Subaru of Muskegon is listed a Premier… Dealer on Edmunds, a winner of the Subaru Stellar Care Award, and Subaru Dealer of the Year. This purchase was my third Subaru and by far the best experience ever! From the initial greeting to the step-by-step introduction to the functionalities of the 2017 Outback I purchased, sales specialist Austin Gressett was truly a professional and a credit to Subaru and the dealership. Missing was the commonplace, high pressure sales presentation; Austin was informative, helpful, answered my questions, and offered many insights to new features I otherwise might not have asked about or known about. He even took the time to pair our phones to the car, something not done by my previous, 4 mile away dealer. I highly recommend Austin and the entire Subaru of Muskegon team for anyone wishing to purchase a Subaru and requiring a Customer Service focused sales staff and dealership.
