Terrible sales practices
by kentster on 09/26/2008My Auto Import Center, specifically their "sales associate", a term which I use lightly, Fred Weiss, employ pushy and dishonest sales tactics. After negotiating a deal on a new vehicle, they reneged as I secured outside financing which… would have put less money in their pockets. I suggest that consumers avoid them at all costs, there are 2 other VW dealers in the area that are tremendously more pleasant to deal with.Good Experience w/Internet Sales

I requested a quote online and the internet sales person (Josh) was very helpful and had great pricing. The only reason I didn't purchase a vehicle… from them was because I received equal pricing from a dealer close to home.
About our dealership
I'm new to the area, and I have been considering My Import Center in Muskegon for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Can you tell me the name of the sales associate that disappointed you at My Import Center? Maybe he's gone now, or I can avoid him. Also, you mentioned other VW dealerships in the area that are better. Can you recommend another dealership for VW, or even a dealership for another automaker that is good? Thanks, Jared.
