We are out of state and had scheduled our pickup for Saturday. Friday night we had a major life event that made buying a car notā¦ practical. I called the dealership Friday at 5:30 pm, Saturday morning first thing they called me back, were incredibly helpful in cancelling the sale and very supportive of our situation to boot. I wouldn't trust this place ever again, it was my first and last timeā¦ dealing with Ziegler.Wonderful Buying Experience!

The first thing I noticed walking in was my name on a whiteboard greeting me to dealership. A little thing but itā¦ impressed me. Matt Flanagan, my salesman, was knowledgeable and fun to work with as was Chris in financing. They actually had the car that I had been looking for all summer so I bought it. All in all a relatively stress free experience and I highly recommend driving the extra miles to check them outPurchase with confidence!

by kathleen32 on 06/29/2016updated 07/05/2016I just recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord LX from Harold Zeigler Ford because I needed a reliable vehicle to replace my Kia Optima LX that had just been totaled a week earlier. In looking for an acceptable replacement, I tried toā¦ balance my sense of urgency with effective research on available autos. This particular Honda kept popping up as the #1 best option for me as I looked at Edmunds.com and other sites. Since it was the very first car I decided to actually test drive, I felt vulnerable. Matt Flanagan was the sales professional who worked with me on purchasing the Honda. He verified for me that my instincts about the car were valid (I loved it from the get-go!) and not simply reactionary. It is an excellent match for my comfort, reliability, and budgetary needs. The purchase experience flowed so smoothly for me, from initial contact through loan option discussions and loan finalizing. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, as Matt explained every event as it occurred. Matt also went above and beyond by driving from Harold Zeigler in Lowell to Enterprise Car Rental in Greenville (a good distance) to pick me up and bring me back to the car dealership to pick up my just-purchased Honda. Otherwise, I most likely might have had to await the return of my brother and his wife to return from their vacation. Though buying a new car for any reason is by nature harrowing and stressful, this experience turned out to actually be fun. Matt and I, and a few others at the dealership, shared a sense of camaraderie that stemmed from our living and working in one beautiful (not to brag!) local area of West Michigan (NE Kent County).
