Positive Buying Experience
by dlehman on 08/21/2014We recently purchased a 2012 vehicle from Art Moehn Chevrolet-Honda, and would like to share our positive experience with others considering this dealership. We were looking for a specific vehicle, and were fortunate enough to find it on… their website through an internet search. In our search, however, we learned that the internet can be both a blessing and a curse when looking for used vehicles; a curse when you run into shady characters offering that Too Good to be True deal, but a blessing when you encounter honest salesman such as Brent C. From our first encounter to our last, we neither felt pressured or ill-advised about our purchase. These things stand out about our experience with Brent; his willingness to accommodate our schedule by holding the vehicle for our test-drive, no high pressure phone calls while we made our decision, his immediate action to buff out a scratch we noticed on the vehicle, and his offer of a fair price well below book value. And lastly, though surprises are not always a good thing when purchasing a used car, a full tank of gas for our debut drive home certainly was; thank you Brent and Art Moehn Chevrolet-Honda for a pleasant buying experience!Purchased an Odyssey
by jacksonbuyer on 12/16/2013updated 06/01/2025I used the internet to get quotes from dealers in Toldeo, Grand Rapids and Jackson (Art Moehn). Art Moehn was $700 under the Edmunds dealer invoice price, and $180 lower than the next lowest bid. (That price didn't include tax, title and… doc fees. Their doc fees were lower than the other dealers, too.) The salesman, Eric, was very helpful and very patient explaining all the bells and whistles and encouraged us to call him if we had questions later. All in all it was a very pleasant and non-stressful buying experience.
