    I could not have been treated any better. Tony and Travis and everyone else that I worked with were the best, and made purchasing my new Equinox a very exciting experience. I have had the car for 1 week today and could not be happier. A big thank you to Champion Chevrolet in Howell.

    Excellent service provided, from Tony, Dustin and JR. I felt like I was the most important person to them. It was definitely a big task/hurdle to win my husband over . We previously had a not so good experience with with thhe loan company and also the service department. We also had set up a time to talk to one of the salesman but when we had got to Champion Chevrolet he wasn't there another salesman tried to help and couldn't, stated that he have our salesman call us back, but no call back. Things changed completely after I met with Tony Tori. He made a statement to me that " I want to win your business back". He did exactly that! He went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted. Great customer service. I feel like he will follow-up and make sure our experience will be a good one from this day forward.

    Went in to lease a "tagged" Trax and asked Champion to meet a price I had received from another Chev dealer that was "trying" to find me a "tagged" Trax. Champion came in close to the price and the deal was done. Thank you for getting me into a Chevy at a price lower than Ford or any other maker.

    It was the best new car purchase I've had! There was no shell game, all dealing were honest and upfront. There were a few bumps along the way as with life, but they were dealt with quickly, fairly and with effective communication.

    First time leasing, had a friendly and fair salesman, support staff was quite knowledgeable and worked hard to make efficient use of my time. The trade in was what I expected.

    First read this before you buy from them , We leased a 2015 Canyon from them and it had 10 recalls to start, we then had to take it in when it was making a noise starting , of course didn't do it for them , knew this noise wasn't going to go away , noise came back again, took it again , found the trans bolts had come loose , was told it was tightened up and fixed, nope was doing it again , found out from the service guy it had rocks and dirt in it and wasn't even tight , we were not happy with the vehicle, well Scott was going to help us out , yep grab your wallet, he was going to take care of us and get us into a full size sierra, and get us out of our lease, yep hold tight to the wallet , come to find for 388.00 a month was a lease for the Sierra , seem high yep it was called around , he wasn't getting us out of our lease he was adding 4000.00 to the lease of the new truck, yep he was taking care of us , We called Randy Wise and Charlie Burgess not only took the cannon he was able to get us in a Sierra and a Regal what relief we didn't just let the stress of vehicles being down get us to go with our friend Scott at Champion , Beware and shop around, and if you deal with Scott and hear the words I am here to help you run!!!!!

    Absolutely no pressure, my salesman name was J.R. He made it the best car buying experience ever. The Impala lease he got me at $214 was lower than I thought would be possible. Whole proecess was a breeze.

    My first experience with this dealership was a post card promising me I was qualified for so much money on a used car. I called and reached a sales rep that said that I was already pre-approved and to just come in they would find me the right vehicle. I was sceptical so I called and made sure they knew my financial situation and they assured me that it was no problem and just come by and pick out a car. I bought into this and I took time off work to go there and spent 21/2 hours looking for a vehicle. We decided that I could "afford" a cetain vehicle and then they said they woulds work out the details. They wanted me to put a deposit down to "save" the vehicle but I said I had to talk to my wife on this deal first. Again, they asured me that this deal would be no problem and they would get the car ready for me the next day. They said they would call me when the car was ready and by the end of the day, I hadn't heard a word from them. So, I called them and said, hey are we ready to get this deal done? The response was, we're sorry there was a problem with the financing and they could'nt do the deal. What a waste of time. Fellow GM emplyees, beware of the false promises this dealership makes! I will also pursue this internally in GM so this won't happen to our other customers.
