    Found the F150 I wanted/needed here, they gave me a good deal, there was a hang up with the paperwork but that has been taken care of now. They did a good job getting that taken care of!

    This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealership and this experience was even better than the first. This was all due to the hard work and diligence of our salesperson Lindsey DeRoo. She worked very hard to find us absolutely the best deal for us. We are very happy. The finance person, Dale Uthe made some good suggestions and helped us out quite a bit. We are Seniors on a tight budget and these two people treated us with respect, kindness and lots of friendly attention.

    Had to wait a bit for an appointment, but once the car was there, they found the problem and informed us of what the fix was and that our insurance would cover it minus the deductible. They also did a multi point inspection and washed the car.

    I went into Barber Ford originally looking to get into a lease on an SUV. I was working with Lindsey on this and she was great about getting me all the available options based on what they had available and what they could get into. None of the leases were the right match for what I needed, and I asked about a 2020 ecosport I saw for sale used on that side of the lot. It was near the end of the business day with a snowstorm coming, but she didn't make me feel rushed at all. I ended up putting a down payment on it that night then coming back the next day to get the financing and everything all set on it. Lindsey and everyone else at Barber Ford were amazing to work with and made what could have been a miserable experience quite pleasant.

    When we made the appointment to have this and a map upgrade to our 2019 FLEX we were told it could take hours to complete. We dropped the car off and went to breakfast. When we returned the work was already complete which was just over an hour. We were very pleased.

    Had a battery issue and/or on board computer issue which resulted in a malfunction with the start /stop function on my 2019 Expedition. Dealer move quick to get work done before the 3 year warranty expiration, which I really appreciated.

    I checked in before my scheduled time. Gave my key to the attendant outside, per the instructions of my service agent. After 40 minutes, i went to check the status of my car, only to find out, no one bothered to tell the service people, my car was ready for my oil change. I sat there for 40 minutes, thinking my car was being serviced, bit in fact, it was not. The service agent forgot, and never got it in on my scheduled time. I will be going to Walmart from now on. It clear to me, that Ford has no damn clue as to how to provide proper customer service. Ford cars pretty much Suck!!!

    The servicing of our Edge was fine. The thing that would be nice is to see the time it take to service be shorter. I make an appointment and always arrive a little early in hopes of getting quicker service. I my opinion, an hour plus for this service is excessive!

    I had an "issue" with the front suspension on my Lincoln MKS that wasn't bad enough to make diagnosis easy. But Scott took a drive with me and got some ideas and figured it out. Marisol helped with warranty coverage and now I am riding in quiet and comfort again.
About our dealership
