The most important foundation of our sales process has always been and always will be delivering stellar customer service. Our staff is the core of our business. Without them, we would not be here. All of our customer service advisors come from customer service fields, not sales. We want to make sure that all of our customers are treated correctly, and carefully selecting our customer service advisors has always been our strong suit. We specifically wanted everyone to come from customer service backgrounds because we did not want to offer that stereotypical “used car salesman” experience.
