by Leo on 07/31/2025The service advisor told me that they need my vehicle for four weeks to check the phone-as-a -key feature. The car was safe and drivable with the key Fob with no issues. I could have come back after four weeks waiting time, but they said… my vehicle has to stay on their lot. My answer: “I need a new dealer or a new car !!!”Great service, no oversell!

Rude and all around bad service
by SGT on 07/23/2025Waited over a week for an appointment to get a recall handled that I was told would only take a few hours and when I got there, they told me they’d have it done in two days that they were backed up… Then why schedule an appointment? The… service advisor was so rude to me that I had to tell my friendly sales person of the experience. GIANT bolt in my tire!!

Taking the Edge off
by TD on 07/21/2025I have not bought a car in 17 years. So I thought I would just take a couple of days aquainting myself with models that may fit my needs and physical restrictions. SERRA FORDis very close so I started there. Firas Hasso was my first… contact. We talked a while. he was casual and respectful ( closer to my age) so I think we had more in common. He showed me what was available...Ford Edges used since they are discontinued. We talked pricing etc and he let me take it home to show my wife( Car has low mileage for 2 years old)We both liked it alhough intimidated by all the electronics. Brought it back. Did the obligatory price negotiation and finished the sale. Firas made the experience friendly and pressure free. Better than expected after 17 years. Thanks. Disappointing Experience
by Addy on 07/20/2025I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received during my recent visit. The woman at the front desk was unprofessional—she came across as dismissive, negative, and rude, and made little effort to address the questions I… had. To make matters worse, I was scolded for not pulling my vehicle forward far enough, even though several employees were standing around and not actively assisting customers. I had arranged for a shuttle service because I needed to return to work, but I was told the shuttle would take about an hour—despite also being told that my car would be ready in an hour. That made the shuttle entirely pointless, and I ultimately had to call an Uber at my own expense. Additionally, while I was informed that everything checked out fine on my vehicle, I’ve since discovered that my horn no longer works—something that was functioning properly before the visit. The only positive interaction I had was with the older gentleman who returned my vehicle—he was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff made me feel ignored and talked down to, as if I was incapable of understanding basic information. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not plan to return and cannot in good faith recommend this establishment to others.Hi Addy, thanks for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. Service Was Excellent, Scheduling Not So Much
by SH on 07/18/2025Had a few things taken care of that I expected would take a couple days, but they had it done in one. So service department definitely overachieved! However, I scheduled through the website chat. The person there suggested I delay the… appointment until they had a loaner car available so I scheduled a couple months ahead. When I called the morning before I was to drop it off I was told a car was requested but was not available.
