    I am very pleased with my experiences at Graff's in Durand as usual. The workers are always pleasant and never hear a bad word from any of them. They certainly represent Graff's in a positive way. They are there to help the customer! This time I was there for the body shop due to an accident. I can say from the minute I walked in the door for an estimate....until I picked up my Equinox .. it was great. Howard Higham took over my claim. He dealt with the insurance company and explaining everything to me as things went along. I'm so happy with the job all of the men in the body shop did on my car with the red tri coat paint. It's perfect! No two tone car ! A special thanks to all of body shop crew. Merry W.

    Staff was excellent not pushy or overly aggressive I really like being able to deal local I work and live in the Durand area but couldn't ever buy from graff due to poor trade offers this time was different I feel my trade offer was very fair. I hope to continue to deal with Greg for my future purchases.

    I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer. The car didn't look bad with only a couple of small dents on the driver side door and passenger door and it drove fine. But there was a small piece hanging off of the wheel well/bumper that fell off in my hand when I was checking the after damage. Things hanging/falling off of cars make me nervous so I decided it needed to be checked out. They did an immediate assessment of the car when I stopped in and within a few days the car was in getting fixed. It looks great and I'm very pleased with it. They worked well with my insurance company, too, which was a major plus for me.

    I am very happy with the customer service I received. I needed a payment that I could afford and a vehicle that I was comfortable driving, which didn't leave me with a lot of choices, since I don't like cars. I love my new Equinox!!

    We purchased three new cars in two years from Greg Finatari. We think he is very trustworthy and treats his customers well. It is a pleasure to do business with him and we could not go anywhere else.

    From the moment I stepped into the dealership, everything went smoothly. Greg, my salesman, was knowledgeable and courteous and really listened to me as a customer. The same was true with everyone I encountered at the dealership. Best leasing experience ever! I've already told several friends about Greg and Graff Chevrolet-Durand.

    I thought I had a free oil change but they said I didn't. I thought the price of your oil change was high at 35.00$.I thought your tire rotation was high at 41.00$.They did a good job and were polite.

    Wonderful service! My car was picked up, serviced, and returned in just a little over 2 hours. I was disappointed that the car wasn't washed before it was returned. Most other dealers perform this service.

    Jeff Sims, Jeff Branson & Sales Manager Jeff were of great help. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions that I had were answered very well. I thought the bucket tour was a nice touch to meet every department in the dealership. I would definitely refer friends & family to go see Jeff Sims at Hank Graff.

    Came in with a minor problem -corrected it with a new fuel injector. When ready to leave, car would not start. Kept it overnight and put a new starter in. OK now

    They did a inside filter? thru the glove box. When changing it out they found I had mouse problems. thank you for finding that for me. It costs too much to replace the insulation. So for now I'll put dryer sheets in there and mouse traps/poison in my garage.

    I called at 5:30 because my coolant was very low and I had a leak. Mike took such good care of me, got me right in at 6:00, into a loaner for the evening and my 2011 Cruze was fixed mid morning of the next day. A driver delivered my vehicle to my work and picked up the loaner. I couldn't of been happier with my service experience and I know the importance as I work at a different dealership. Well done Hank Graff!!

    Mike in the service dept. Called and kept me up to date with the repair status and also let me know about some service issues.
About our dealership
