They saw me coming!
by Hostage of a car salesman on 10/29/2023They were so misrepresenting of themselves as well as certain details regarding coverage. My husband and I stopped in just to look. I was driving a Nissan with very low milage and clean inside and out. It had less than 20,000 miles and… they jumped at getting there hands on it. I was not sure I wanted to trade mine in. It was fully paid and in great shape. I was told the the coverage and warranty were one thing and then I find that in fact the extra was added on my financing papers. When I asked to read the documents, the salesmen stated that I could read them when we were finished. My husband has PTSD and was beginning to have an anxiety attack. Now I needed to calm him down, and try to deal with buying this car. I wasn't even sure I wanted the new car. I was completely happy with my vehicle. In fact I brought the title to them the next morning after the saleman called me before coffee, I told him I wanted my vehicle back. He thought I was kidding. I was completely serious. I am not happy with the vehicle or the way I was rushed into signing something I probably would not have signed other wise. So now I owe more than I should, don't like the car and to put it nicely,( racked over the coals).

Lot of difference between online quote and actual price, really cheated
by DONOTBUY_BAD on 03/21/2016I had worst experience with this dealers, They quoted very less on website and online quotations (Actually I took a car on lease), once I committed to buy they raised the price around $120 per month. they really cheated me, I have given… all my documents, I had no other go so forced to commit for the deal. Don't even visit this dealer . Don't trust them they come up with lot of hidden charges.Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Poor Customer Service/ False Advertisement

Had me under the impression that I was approved, we even discussed monthly payments & they had me sign paperwork. When in actuality they never ran my… information to Nissan Motor Acceptance. A sales rep. Contacted me & stated that I was never approved & I needed a co-signer. That same day I went to another dealership & drove off in the same vehicle that this location stated I was not approved for. Not only does this location have poor customer service they also have a mailer out with false information to get you in the doorAll Pro Nissan of Dearborn is an excellent place to purchase cars! Zahraa Amhaz went above and beyond to make sure I purchased my Nissan Rogue with all the options that I was looking for. She gave me suggestions and her advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a Rouge SV the process was absolutely painless. She was absolutely professional and courteous. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Zahraa Amhaz to anyone who is looking for a new Nissan vehicle.
