A bird went through my grill on my 2022 Silverado
by Mark Fleming on 05/21/2025The service department did a great job overall. From the ladies at the desk on through to the service techs. They got my truck in and fixed within two days. Maysen was especially helpful with giving me an estimate, ordering parts, and… assisting me through the process of dropping off my truck and picking it up. He went above and beyond when my daughter left her backpack in my truck and we had to go back to the dealership to retrieve it. Maysen was willing to stick around after few minutes after closing time to allow us to pick it up. His professionalism and character made an otherwise bad experience a good one.Great and timely service

Cody is AMAZING!
by Madelyn T on 05/17/2025I went in there on Tuesday due to my tire light being on. I saw some of the same people there that I have seen in the past, which was nice. I had a nail in my tire and they ordered me a new one the same day. I was able to get the new tire… put on in 2 days (not 1 due to the storm). Cody L. Helped me both days and on previous days that I’ve been in. They did make sure it was safe for me to go home when I first visited by filling the tire up all the way. I was in and out in less than an hour and didn’t have an appointment (Cody said he’d be able to fit me in). Highly recommend this location!We appreciate your feedback! No appointment, service repair

I went in without an appointment and left my car over the weekend. I got a call on Monday… that the repair had been completed & covered under warranty. Very easy process and very helpful service manager.We're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us! Don’t go here
by Mark Glasstetter on 05/09/2025I went here for a simple oil change and they were not even capable of doing this. I had to ask to please inflate the tires and fill the washer fluid. They didn’t check trans fluid, air filter, diff fluid nothing!!! I left the dealership and… in a matter of an hour had a flat tire. Pumped the tire up it’s leaking out the valve stem. They obviously don’t check these either. They started bring it back up will get you in immediately and take care of you. Got to the dealership they said that I had to drop the truck off two hour wait. No thanks I just didn’t 130$ on an oil change only to hand to do spend 300$ to hand a new sensor put in. I was going to have the truck painted here but if they’re not capable of doing an oil change I can’t imagine trusting them with a paint job. What a joke and waste of money and time. Please save yourself and go elsewhereMark, we regret to hear that your experience with us was not a more positive one. We'd like the opportunity to turn your experience around. Great service

Tires balancing
by Sue K on 05/06/2025I got my oil change and tires rotation. Advisor recommended getting tires balancing, improved performance. So I ended up getting it done. Later my husband said they balance them in manufacture, so they don’t need them done. So I paid $15… for each tire, and didn’t need them done.Sue, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
