    Took my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse into Simms Chevrolet for some work. The electrical charging system needed to be checked out. They adjusted the computer for the alternator charging. I also had a problem with the heater blower. It was only working on the defroster. That was also fixed. I am pleased with the service that I always receive at Simms.

    Every employee I dealt with was courteous, professional and polite. The service was well done. They even wiped down the dash and cleaned the inside of the windshield! Service over and above, just like they always do!

    Every time we have come in for service the staff has always been more then satisfactory. Polite, helpful, informative and a couple of times went above and beyond their call of duty.

    My only complaint is Saturday's are best to get my 2014 Cruze Diesel serviced. In the first 3 months of ownership I have driven nearly 13,000 miles. Service is very important to me. Otherwise I give Simms Cheverolet a 10 out of 10.

    got an oil change and tire rotation. ask for a car wash, but they forgot to wash my car which was very dirty
