    In all the years I have done business with this establishment, I have never had a complaint. From the check-in person to the Service Advisor it is nothing but smiles and the willingness to help. In today’s world that is not always the case. I would not consider going anywhere else!

    Quick, friendly service with no appointment. Woke up to a dead battery, I called and they were very willing to work me in for the replacement battery. I am always treated respectfully, and feel very comfortable in the clean surroundings of the customer lounge

    Brought vehicle in due to engine light and notification about engine and power steering being under-powered. Was informed it might take 24-48 hours to look at vehicle was given a loaner while it was in the shop. They messaged me letting me know it was the fuel feeder tube that was bad and had to be replaced and it was on order that it would take a couple days to get in. Was in constant communication when needed and took care of our vehicle quickly. Would highly reccommend.

    I am completely lost as to why you will schedule a service for my vehicle have me going through hoops to rearrange my errands for the day just to tell me that one you don’t have the part needed to repair the car and two. The part is on backorder. This was something that could have been researched or looked into before the appointment was made when I brought my car in for a oil change. Not only was it a waste of my time but a waste of my resources.

    Scott F is a poor service man. He didn’t take care of my car, took an unacceptable amount of time to assess my car, took advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars and didn’t properly fix it, leading to more problems and money. Will not return

  • You need transportation what can you do

    Every time I enter this service shop I have anxiety, they are arrogant and rude. The entitlement that we just have to take it from them because the vehicles are poorly made is disgusting. No apologies just that the customer should be happy that they didn’t have to wait longer to receive their vehicle back repaired.

    The service provided was really good, Matt even combined my points in my account with my husband's which resulted in my services being free of charge. The wait was just a little long. He said the MyChevrolet site was down temporarily while he was working on my points.

    The oil change has a know price. Itemization is purposefully confusing to avoid answering for additional $50 labor fee. For the remote battery or air filter? Who knows?

    I always have great service at Moran when it comes to my vehicle. My service person Tom McEvoy is very nice and always goes the extra mile. With that being said he is a huge complainer. Everytime I come in he is complaining to me about the dealership or personal issues. This last time he was on the phone getting stern with whoever was on the other end. I think I will be going to a different service person the next time.

  • WORST NIGHTMARE FOR SINGLE LADIES

    WORST AUTO SALES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All these workers do here is LIE and LIE and LIE!!!!! They tell you, DONT WORRY, GIVE US A DAY, I PROMISE. The place is so unprofessional and disgusting. All you get from this is miscommunication And promioises they dont keep. BEWARE. NIGHTMARE ON 15 mile gratiot, clinton township, MI. Manager didnt even apologized for his sale rep mistake. ITs so unprofessional and unethical. Now, I will be bearing $500 or morelose on my car that he promised to close deal but didnt kept his words next day. When I confirmed 3 or 4 times, he said yes you will get same price as today, tomorrow. Next day, He called me saying the prices went up. He didnt apologize and neither his manager did . Well, they lost the customer faith and trust in them. I will be paying extra money on another vechilce from other place because some sales person tried to fool a customer. I MUST SAY THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN IN MY LIFE!!!. THESE PEOPLE AT BEST AUTO SALES ARE COMPLETE [non-permissible content removed] WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL THEM!!
