The dealership has worked extremely hard today to resolve my issue and a satisfactory result has been agreed upon.… Having seen how hard they work when they are aware of a problem I would now have no issue with recommending this location or going there again. *For future customers: If you have an issue contact your salesperson directly by phone - don't rely on email.* I requested Edmunds remove my previous review but they will not remove them per the Visitor Agreement, and advised I post an update. Again, I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase from this dealer.Does Not Stand Behind Sales
by unhappy on 07/10/2023I spent $24k on a used vehicle from this location. Within 24 hours 5 warning lights came on. I immediately contacted the dealer to see what we could do to work this out and heard nothing. They were very communicative when I was looking to… buy the vehicle, and I realize that it's a used vehicle and the dealer has no legal responsibility once it's off the lot, but this is the first time I've ever dealt with a dealer who simply ghosted when there was an issue. Absolutely terrible service and would recommend avoiding at all costs.Update 2: In the end they said sorry. That's it.

Everything went smoothly with all my questions answered right away. Service… technicians discovered that the vehicle needed a part replaced before we came in to see it. Shelby kept in touch with me throughout the process and eased my mind about every aspect of the purchase until the moment they keys were in my hand. In fact, even after we left the dealership, I had some questions and she was quick to respond and clear those up for me. Being 4.5 hrs away, I had some concerns but the whole transaction was handled very well.
