by Kyle_Jeep on 10/28/2023Terrible experience. Bought a brand new $70K 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Feldman CDJR of Clarkston. Had an issue with the weatherstrip on the front door immediately after, which was obviously defective and creating wind noise in the cabin of… the vehicle. Their service team was incredibly untrained, unprofessional and inconsiderate. They ultimately refused to replace the weatherstrip on the vehicle and despite agreeing there was noise feedback from this issue, they did not support me in resolving this problem. Tremendously shocked that a dealer would consider this appropriate service support, especially for a customer that bought a vehicle directly from them. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They do not see the value in building long-term customer relationships, merely transactional. Had a great experience with Szott (different Jeep dealership) on a previous Jeep purchase and service support. Go to Szott if you're looking to buy a Jeep or Chrysler branded vehicle. Save yourself the disappoint and avoid Feldman.Service and Repair

by NotHappy on 10/13/2023Only one tech works on engines at this dealership. I took my vehicle in March after it stalled twice with my 89 year old aunt. Getting into a tow truck was not easy for her. In June after picking it up, my son found himself stranded a… mile from the dealership. It had to be towed to the dealer again. In 2022 a new engine was installed. However for some reason they replaced it with a used one, That one failed so they replaced with another used engine. Now a total of 5 used engines has been replaced. I have not had my van all summer and it is now end of October. My vehicle was purchased with a lifetime engine warranty. I am concerned that when I get the van it will stall or something will go wrong. As a customer who has taken all my cars to this deanship for oil changes etc. At this time I am dissatisfied. I had to call Chrysler Customer Service because this dealer told me there would no longer be a lifetime warranty on the engine. This is when they replaced my new engine with a used engine. Chrysler now Stellantis, called the dealer and assured me that it is still under the lifetime warranty. I have always maintained my van but now I have no idea in what condition I will get it. I am very concerned.Oil, change and rotation
by Dale willett on 10/05/2023Brought a Chrysler Pacifica in for an oil change and rotation. Had problems with the rotation at the service area before. Mark the right rear tire that had 39 pounds of pressure. When the vehicles returned to me it still add right rear 39… pounds, and the labeling that I put on the tire was still in the same position. No way were the tires rotated. Colin said come back and he’ll rotated at my earliest convenience. Not gonna happen. It’s an inconvenience time to go elsewhere. Thank you.Great Service

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades, I check in with the service manager, went in to get a cup of coffee and before I could sit down, they were done… with my truck. Amazing customer service.Walters

He provided answers to all questions and involved the other staff members when… needed. This dealer really worked as a team to provide the best customer experience possible. I would recommend Dom and the rest of the team to anyone looking to purchase the Jeep brand!

The dealership has worked extremely hard today to resolve my issue and a satisfactory result has been agreed upon.… Having seen how hard they work when they are aware of a problem I would now have no issue with recommending this location or going there again. *For future customers: If you have an issue contact your salesperson directly by phone - don't rely on email.* I requested Edmunds remove my previous review but they will not remove them per the Visitor Agreement, and advised I post an update. Again, I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase from this dealer.Does Not Stand Behind Sales
by unhappy on 07/10/2023I spent $24k on a used vehicle from this location. Within 24 hours 5 warning lights came on. I immediately contacted the dealer to see what we could do to work this out and heard nothing. They were very communicative when I was looking to… buy the vehicle, and I realize that it's a used vehicle and the dealer has no legal responsibility once it's off the lot, but this is the first time I've ever dealt with a dealer who simply ghosted when there was an issue. Absolutely terrible service and would recommend avoiding at all costs.Update 2: In the end they said sorry. That's it.
